I had been looking for a used Nissan Murano for quite a time and found one on the Stuart lot. From start to finish the customer service provided was top notch. I was able to communicate MY way (because I am very busy during the day, emails were important). I worked with Brett; he was never pushy and always took a moment to thoroughly answer my many, many questions. I am very happy with my purchase and plan to return when I'm ready for my next vehicle. In addition, I drove 1.5 hours just to make this transaction happen.

Buying a car has never been one of my favorite things to do but this was a very pleasant experience. My experience here was authentic and very satisfying. I came across Stuart Nissan during my search for a Rogue and drove over from Stillwater. What initially brought me here instead of any other dealership was their excellent reviews and the testimonies of people who were extremely happy with their purchases over the years. When I arrived I met Matt Lopez who I instantly connected with. I can't recommend him enough! It was a very comfortable buy and I left with the car that I needed as a musician and someone who travels around a lot. Peace of mind means a lot and I found that here.

Gave dealer a 1 star on my original review for lack of response on car i inquired about. Dealer has since contacted me and given the info i requested. Apparently original email responses were treated as junk by my phone and never saw them. Based on their follow up would definitely deal with them in the future.

Great guys all very helpful. Process was very smooth. Would recommend them highly. I'm a Toyota fanatic and traded my Tundra for a 4Runner very knowledgeable of the toyotas for not being the brand they sell and I pushed them hard and they knew what I wanted to know. Did and checked everything I asked and I'm very particular. Went above and beyond not something you see now a days. And my salesman Shawn Murphy was a superb guy.

I had been looking for a good long term car and Shawn Murphy helped me out at the Nissan dealership. I was wanting something fun but also family friendly he showed me a couple cars and then showed me a Nissan Altima. I test drove it and loved the ride!
