There aren’t enough stars for how amazing our experience was! My mother and I went to almost every dealership in town. Our experience with Kaveh at Ferguson was by far the most pleasant, most peaceful, and the least stressful of all of them! He’s truly the most honest, hardworking, and forthright salesman I have ever met (and I’ve worked in sales). I give ten stars and so does my mom!!! Not to mention Ferguson’s major effort in protecting everyone from Covid (I am pregnant and high risk and my mother is high risk as well) You all are amazing!!! Thank you!!!

From here on out Mike is the only salesman we will use. He was professional and courteous throughout our whole ordeal. This was the best car sales experience we have had. Avery did a great job with finance.

I had an amazing experience tonight, buying my 2020 Soul. Salvador helped me find my perfect car, and rhe finance department helped me though the process of making sure I had all the things I needed (roadside assistance, gap insurance, and maintenance plan).

I walked into the dealership looking for Mike Mellor and he was qoth me within 2 minutes of stepping foot inside the lot. He was very kind and patient with myself and my grandmother whom i broughg along. He insured us that this was a no pressure zone. Mike did not try to sell us anything other than what we came in to look at. When we arrived to the location the vehicle was pulled up and ready for us. We have been to several places in the area and every place tried to sell us a new vehicle while Mike just wanted us to feel like we were in charge. He is an amazing sellsman and did an amazing job helping us today!

I spent the morning test driving GMC 1500s. Roy Holloway was so patient and kind to explain the differences between each truck and get me in the right vehicle for me. I drove no less than 5 before choosing my truck. He stayed patient and had no trouble saying keep driving them until you find your truck. Roy is a kind, honest, experienced salesman that really took the time to help me. I truly enjoyed my day with Roy. I will go see him for my next purchase. You should too!

My name is Charles, the salesman was named Charles. I went to Ferguson Superstore because that is where my wife and I purchased a Honda Odyssey a few years ago. Charles was great. He quickly found exactly what I wanted to buy, a newer version of a car we loved. Everyone was nice, but Charles really made things happen. He walked us through the process and even though we were not quite as ready to purchase that day,paper work and stuff, Charles was patient and attentive. You have a good man, who treated us like family. I wanted to thank him and Ferguson, because the whole process was easy and we got exactly what we wanted.
