We were able to do a lot of the sales transaction over the phone, including making a deposit on the car of our choice. Every option requested was provided. We were asked several times if we were pleased and if we had questions. Questions were always answered. Staff courteous and professional.

I was initially introduced to the dealership when I needed service on a Sube I purchased elsewhere. Because it was a very expensive part and I was but 500 miles out of the warranty, they did the repair without charging labor. I went back to them when I was ready to purchase new and since then I've purchased 2 Subarus from Ferguson and had a great experience both times. There was no haggling or wasting my time.
