After brake vacuum pump, oil pressure sensor, things

After brake vacuum pump, oil pressure sensor, things getting worked on plus a coolant flush and an oil change and I now have a new oil leak that started around the time that all happened. Another $119.95 to see if they messed something up or if is was a new issue. Every time I called in I felt as if they believed they knew what was wrong and anything I said was dismissed to an extent. They still tried to get another 2400 gamble on a wire you can't even see with out disassembleing the engine, after a few phone conversations they finally agreed to test it a different way before the expensive repair. Feels like a money grab mechanic group instead of a normal let's try to fix it right 1st time. Probably won't go back.

Pat was great to work with.

Pat was great to work with. Very disappointing that after sale, when found added problems, would not cover even parts under the warranty. Probably will not buy from them again.

Great truck, smooth buying process and everyone was nice

Great truck, smooth buying process and everyone was nice and great to deal with during the purchase process. We've purchased vehicles in the past from Danny Amidon and he has always provided excellent customer service.

Horrible experience with Service Department.

Horrible experience with Service Department. I am a military veteran and throughout my military career I only purchased Chevy vehicles, for myself and my children. I have brought chevy vehicles over 25 years and had them serviced only at Chevrolet Dealerships. I brought my daughter chevy cruise in because it was overheating, was told I needed a radiator by Jim Clark Service Department Ok, no problem the radiator was $1200 worth of work. Daughter drive car 4 miles and the car over heated, sent back to dealer and they say it could be head gasket!!! What!! Called another dealership and mechanic said before putting on radiator or after putting on radiator a block test should have been conducted. Since a month before car was overheating and Jim Clark put in a thermostat. Mechanic said first thing to do is a block test, a whole coolant system check. Jim Clark said block test was not done and after going back and forth with Manager over the phone: Well, I had my car towed back to another mechanic, Mechanic said that if it’s the head gasket more than likely it occurred after the new radiator was put back on and not before, it should have been a block test done after new radiator was installed. Mechanic gave me results and I am Sueing. If I do not win the case, I sure will blast this over the surrounding areas!!! I've been with Chevy too long and spent too much money without any complaints for them to not make this right!!! I will not be doing business with them ever again!!! But this is not the last of this situation I will get justice!! I maybe a single mom and they may think they can get over on a woman, but I will get results!!!

DON'T BUY FROM JIM CLARK

Bought a 2015 GMC SIERRA DENALI and after a couple days it started to vibrate from the rear. Took it back and they had it for two weeks and said they did some run outs and balanced the tires again. And got the truck back and same day the truck still has a vibration anything after 70 and the GM of the store said its normal its in GM specs. And even though I said it's probably the xxxxty tires you put on just warranty them out and took my truck to a shop here in Manhattan and now they are ordering new tires so money spent out of my pocket because Jim Clark service couldn't figure out a simple vibration. So if I was anybody I would buy a car there unless you want to spend more money not cover by them because ITS IN GM SPECS WHICH IS xxxxxxxx.

Unfortunately, we an unable to recondition older, higher mileage vehicles to "new" condition and still be able to sell them. We understand our clients would love our vehicles to be "like new" regardless of age or miles, but we genuinely try to do the best we can given a vehicles year and mileage. Great service department

I?ve been using Jim Clark Chevrolet-Cadillac for several years. They?ve serviced or worked three Cadillac XLR?s two Corvettes, and to other Cadillacs for me. I?ve never had a problem and they fixed problems with an XLR that others could not. I highly recommend them

Great experience--honest, respectful & fair prices

I was treated fairly, respectfully and was given a great price. I visited 50 dealerships on line in a 500 mile radius and called 20-25 dealerships. I only found 4 that had truly fair prices. Of those 4 only 2 had reasonable inventory. Jim Clark Chevy's website state's that that are up front with prices and don't add unnecessary charges to price-gouge the customer. The website's promise was true. Most dealership do not keep that promise. They are fair, transparent, respectful, and give a fair price. I highly recommend supporting this smaller town dealership -- they treat you well and want to earn your repeat business.
