The worst experience we ever had with a dealership....

The worst experience we ever had with a dealership. overheard negative comments made about us to his finance manager when he thought we weren't in ear shot. Then had the nerve to tell us we were approved only for us to leave work early and drive out of our way to go the dealership to be told that the banks were closed and he had no way of finding anything out that late in the day (5:30pm). Totally disgusted with the way they handled us and needless to say we took our business to Kenny Ross Chevrolet in Zelienople in which they were amazing and needless to say I am now driving a brand new Malibu! If you are thinking of going to Baierl please save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

My wife and I visited Baierl in hopes of buying a new car. After speaking with a representative who told me that they had two used Jetta's on the lot, I packed up the car and drove 45 minutes to the dealership. Upon arriving, they tell me that they no longer have those cars available, and that I should find something else on their lot. Not a big deal, but a bit discouraging. After three hours, my wife and I had only test drove two cars. We spent about two of those hours waiting on our rep to find keys, find the car itself, or wait around to tell us that the car we wanted to drive was in the shop (this happened two times). The final straw was when our salesperson got a call on her cell that she had another customer coming in at 2pm... It was 1:30pm. So instead of passing us to another salesperson, or canceling her other customer, she asked us to put a deposit down for a car that we had never even drove, and then ditched us (not before offering me $2,000 less than any other dealership for my trade in). We left furious, drove directly to North Star Chevy an purchased a car in less than the amount of time it took us to test drive one car at Baierl. I would not recommended this place to anyone. Poor customer service, poor organization, poor selection, and terrible pricing.

Not long after purchasing a brand-new CTS premium wagon...

Not long after purchasing a brand-new CTS premium wagon from Baierl Cadillac, I started having an issue with the radio. Despite the fact that it was a new vehicle, my dealings directly with Cadillac were very discouraging. After being brought to my wit's end by Cadillac, it was Dean Winner, the Service Manager from Baierl Cadillac, who was able to step in and take care of the issue. I am very grateful to Dean, as well as to Jeff and Joe from Baierl Cadillac for helping my purchase and subsequent service issue go as smoothly as possible.

I asked if you could replace THREE V BELTS on my 1978 camaro 305 motor. First of all... Francis was a very polite dude, nothing wrong with him. He informed me that the belts were discontinued and I would have to goto a parts store to purchase the belts, then bring them in to have your mechanic put them on. I had NO PROBLEM with that. THE PROBLEM I HAD WAS WHEN HE QUOTED ME A PRICE!!!! ONE HUNDREAD AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS TO REPLACE THREE V BELTS!!!!! ARE YOU PEOPLE KIDDING ME! NOW I SEE WHY CHEVY WENT BANKRUPT. I WORK RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM YOUR CORPORATION AND THAT WILL BE THE LAST TIME I CALL YOU PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING FOR MY CAR! I think you people were expecting ME to pull you out of debt..... POOR POOR pricing for a "STRUGGLING" company!

I have worked with Baierl Honda in Wexford many times. After someone hit my van they did a great job with new panels and a perfect color match. Dean Winner (Honda Service manager) has always gone to great lengths regarding service and diagnosing a number of vibrational issues with my Odyssey. All in all a great experience.

Very poor service quality.

They were never able to balance the tires of my brand new Odyssey (4 visits). Eventually, Flynn tires did it in 10 minutes.

It took 3 visits to assemble a hitch receiver and to put the rear bumper right.

It took two extra visits to stop an oil leak after the first 7500 miles service.

If you care about your car, take it to a different dealer.
