Trying to get transmission repairs on our 2021 Silverado . Dealer says we have to leave it with them for over a month before they get to it. We can’t take it and use it as it’s first come service only so if we use it while waiting we go to the back of the line. Truck is still under warranty but we now have to pay our truck payment and rent a truck for transportation and our personal business. No help like a loaner from the dealer. Tried to talk to the GM but he had no time for us. Poor customer care at this dealer. I naught three trucks with this dealer and have had major issues with them all. My mistake buying Chevy Silverado again and from this dealer.

Great service. Showed up early for my appointment due to last minute schedule change. No problem! Great attitude. Service completed in reasonable time. Great communication during wait. Washing of car was bonus!

Missions login, it's about us, not true, the manager so called, actually told us we can't afford that truck go with a cheaper. We have excellent credit, how date him. Danalli truck gasoline is what we wanted, he wouldn't work with us. We spent hours there, we told him 65,000 and we would buy it. He said, no, to go with another vehicle. Unprofessional, Mission dealership was a nightmare.
