The representative that received my vehicle was very professional. The person that called me later on explained that I needed to replace my windshield blades and the cost was $31.00 including service. Which I agreed, when I picked up my vehicle the cost was $24.00 and cents for each and that was not explained to me- I was upset with that. I complained to the person that had received my vehicle and he was going to have his manager to call me and that didn't happen. I believe everything should be clear before the customer agrees to a repair.

Go elsewhere!

Long story short, go somewhere else. They lie and tell you they have something in stock, you get there, pawn you off on someone else, waste 4 hours of your day to try to jack up your payment. Then I was to made to feel like I was on a tight budget cause I do not want to pay more than $550.00 a month for a used car. Very shady and do not contact me again. I am going somewhere else.

Service Department

Great customer service and quality work. I took my truck in for service and received it way back earlier than expected. Mr Nunez was outstanding except he's a Cowboys 🤠 fan. Other than that the service was incredible. Now Mr Nunez you've got no other choice than to convert as you know what we talked about plus you promised. Good Dealership

They way they welcome you is good, process was fast and easy and I did not struggle with a good payment per month. I did not feel pressured by seller either.

Top Notch

The people at Mission Chevrolet went above and beyond in helping us get this beautiful Silver Texas Edition Silverado. My wife and I were nervous and not sure if we will get it but they made it easy.
