I was not at all satisfied with my last oil change visit
I was not at all satisfied with my last oil change visit at Wenzel! When I told them I was going to give them a bad review I was told by the service manager that me writing a bad review would dictate how I will be treated there in the future! I asked him to repeat that and he said it again! I have purchased several vehicles from Wenzel but I will never go back there for anything! I called my salesman and he told me that I should not have mentioned the bad review. Threatening a customer is as low as you can go!

Cory, our service advisor did a great job.
Cory, our service advisor did a great job. Very friendly and accommodating. He loaned us a vehicle since he had to order parts and painting. Since we are a one car family that was really nice. Our car was returned on the promised date and the invoice was what had been quoted. Great car (2020 Chevy Bolt EV), and great dealership (Todd Wenzel Chevrolet).

On Wednesday December 11, 2024 I took my vehicle (2017 Chevrolet Trax) to the Todd Wenzel Service Center at the Dealership for an Oil Change / Tire Rotation. Upon completion of the Oil Change and Tire Rotation I verified with the service manager that there were no leaks or any repairs needed to my vehicle. He confirmed. As soon as Wednesday afternoon and the morning of December 12, 2024 I could smell oil coming through the vents of my vehicle and it became progressively worst. On Monday December 16, 2024 I went back to the dealership to inquire about the oil smell. I told the service manager I had the 100,000 mile maintenance done on my vehicle last year and took good care of my vehicle. He then brought me to the shop floor to show me the issue with my vehicle. While walking through the shop floor the service manager stated "You said you had some work done recently its possible someone bumped your oil cooler or damaged it somehow" and I said "I haven't had any work done other than the oil change! The maintenance was done last year." I know for a fact my car was NOT leaking prior to the Oil Change Service done on Wednesday December 12, 2024 and the dealership confirmed that with me. I have reached out to the dealership to no avail. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well as General Motors regarding this. What should have been a simple $100 oil change has turned into a $2000 fiasco!!!

I called about a car on their website.
I called about a car on their website. The woman confirmed with the used car manager the car was there and available. I drove from Muskegon to get there to be told after 20 minutes of bull crap they sent the car to the auction. I wasted 3 hours of my time and gas money there and back!

It is our understanding that the vehicle in question was in fact at the dealership when you arrived, and available for you to view and purchase; however, the turbo is blown on it and will not be fixed prior to sale, which is why it was placed for wholesale. Our Sales Manager JS Bleau has informed you of this and is currently in communication with you hoping to find a suitable vehicle for you. We sincerely hope that you will be able to work together and get you into a new, safe vehicle soon.
No, I was told the vehicle was gone.

We apologize for any inconvenience. It is our understanding that JS Bleau, our General Sales Manager, called you twice yesterday and did not hear back from you. JS emailed back and forth with you to help resolve your issue. Our offer still stands to look at the tire and fix it based on our tire technician’s recommendation, whether it is re-patching the tire or replacing it. The warranty you speak of is a powertrain warranty and unfortunately does not cover tire replacement. We hope to hear from you soon!
In my opinion any others that a pacthed tire is un safe and a reputable car dealership should not sell a reliable car with such Who also thinks this way And dont you think i should of bin notablefived of this There is two things ether it is incompetence on your inspection of this car or dececepection on your part
And i mentioned the warranty only because it wasn't sold as is And you say someone called i don't know i get so many spam calls it didn't come up under todd cheat you wenzel or did they leave a message!!!

First off, we will start with Jeff Filkins in sales.
First off, we will start with Jeff Filkins in sales. I bought a used truck (2022 gmc Duramax Denali) that had a huge scratch in it, (couldnt see it because they refused to rewash it for me) he said he would take care of it. They did no such thing, told me to reach out to the body shop which said they had no record they were supposed to fix it. When i called back to jeff, he said he would reach out to his sales manager and let me know. Which he never did. Now $1,000 later out of my own pocket, another body shop will do the right thing. Fast forward 2 months. I bring it in for one of the first free oil changes. The service shop dents the xxxx out of my roof and scratches the side all up while taking it through a car wash that i said do not take it through. Alje Buiter in the service center then proceeds to act like this is not a big deal. He assures me they will fix it along with many other issues the truck had while i had it under certified warranty. With that said, they said they “did me a favor” when replacing the tailgate speakers that were broke and service “ate the cost”. Last time i checked, “bumper to bumper certified” covers just that for the 12 months/ 12k miles. I paid nearly $3,000 for this protection for a reason. This whole process took about two months to complete. During which i had to follow up with the body shop due to no updates from Alje. Long story short if you dont care to read this, ive bought 3 very expensive trucks from this dealership in the past. I will never come to them again. Horrible service, horrible communication. If i could give it zero starts i would.

Whether You spend $8k or in my case $80k On a vehicle, my expectations are a dealership does what they say they’re going to do. On top of the thousand dollars out of my own pocket for scratch repair, I am also out thousands of dollars from my truck being down due to a mishap on services part and not being able to use my three-quarter ton diesel for my business. To top off my frustrations, I bought an appearance package for my truck, and now I have to use one of my yearly coupons to ceramic coat my truck after body damage from your service shop. I will also have to deal with in the future problems with trading my truck in and getting offered less due to body damage and that information being readily available to all GM dealers. A solution that I had brought forth to the dealership to make things right after only owning this truck for two months was to purchase the truck back for what I paid for it and give me a chance to buy a brand new vehicle you had sitting on your lot. In which I was told would never happen. If your team was under the impression I was satisfied with the repairs made, and the service I experienced, Then I’m afraid to say that is not true. I kept my calm and did not stress my anger towards anybody there because I knew it wouldn’t get my truck fixed any quicker, nor any better. No one there was able to reach a sensible, middle ground to make things right with me so as far as future business, I still plan to not go back. Thank you.
Sceduled service.
Sceduled service. Check engine light and a recall. After 1.5 days no repairs had begun. Last service my tire fell off when i let the garage from service. Todd Weasle must think their the only dealership in town. Have used them periodically since 1995. This has been my last visit. If you want service in a normal period of time done right, go so.ewhere else..
