Todd Wenzel Chevrolet

This was our first visit to Todd Wenzel Chevrolet. Friends of ours bought an SUV here this summer and said they had a great salesman .. so we asked for Dale. He showed us the SUVs we were interested in and allowed us to think about an offer for a couple of days. We came back and closed the deal.

I went to get an automatic remote starter installed in my car. It was supposed to be done on a Saturday but had to be changed during the weekday so I was given a vehicle to drive while it was getting done. I really liked the car I was given to drive and they did a great job on the installation in a timely manner, I had a great experience and everyone was very nice.

They did the work I requested and did it quickly and now the car rides great. They were friendly and professional.

It was pleasant visit. However, at first, they forgot to complete my oil change, but did not take much time getting it done.

Got an appointment for warrenty work the next morning; work was done in the estimated time; Donoughts & coffee were good!

My experience was a good one because of your salesman Ron Jipping, he was a pleasure to deal with , I felt he was honest and straight forward no foolishness. I will recommend him to all my friends and family looking to lease or buy a new car. He is an asset to your company.

I had an hour wait, but the waiting area is comfortable. Snacks and drinks are available and time goes pretty fast while you read or watch TV.
