Wonderful Experience Leasing a 2014 Chevy Equinox

I leased a 2014 Chevy Equinox and this was my first time leasing/buying a car. I worked with Austin Pressly and had a wonderful experience with him. He answered all of my questions and was very friendly. He also was considerate of my budget and needs and I did not feel pressured. I was given a tour of the vehicle, a test-drive, and all options were laid out for me. When I went back to finalize the paperwork with Scott, I was more than pleased with how simple and quick this process was. Scott was also very helpful and willing to answer any of my questions. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend this dealership as well as those I worked with. I am very pleased with my new Equinox!

will buy here

came in to look at the new stingray and was impressed with the salesman knowledge of torque cubic inches and hp. i went to langs and white allen and they didn't know anything about the car. As soon as the z51 is off restraint i will be contacting Mr. Staley

Customer Service and Repairs

We bought our car 5 months ago. About 2 wks ago the traction control started acting up. Then last week on Saturday night ( it was -20 out side) while coming home from the movies with my daughters the traction control came on again but this time, the car completely lost power and died on me right in the middle of the street. I was able to get off the road and called my son to come pick us up. I was too scared to drive after that considering the weather. The following day I took a chance and called to talk to someone regarding my warranty. Luckily Kelly G was there, she was able to go over everything with me (she was the one who did our financing) and even helped me arrange towing. Our car was towed to the service dept at Jeff Schmitts and Kelly emailed the service dept to let them know what was going on. On Monday , Tom from service called me. He was able to determine the problem, repaired it and then found something else wrong. The part was ordered and was supposed to be in the next day. As Old Man Winter was playing with us, the part did not arrive. Tom called me again and had already had a rental ready for me. It took a few days for the complete repairs but the service was second to none. We could not be happier with our experience from buying to the service repairs. Thank you Jeff Scmitt's, keep up the good work!!

AMAZING Salesmen!!!

My most recent experience in buying a used vehicle was fast, easy, and smooth. My sales person was Andrew Boesenberg and he was kind caring and tended for my needs and wants. I didnt have the best credit but they still got me into a vehicle i loved and could afford! Ill definitely be going back.

Jeff Schmidt 2014 Cruze service

Brought in 2014 Cruze for the first oil change and tire rotation. Very easy people to work with, friendly, and thoughtful. Ten times better than Jeff Wyler.

Best customer service ever

I was referred to Kelley Grody by a friend of mine because of her excellent customer service and boy was I not disappointed!! She not only got me approved with no cosigner, but she sat down and explained the whole process and the options very slowly so I could understand. Then even after the dealership had already closed, she showed me the whole car and we called onstar together. Such a great experience, I will not only go back, but I will tell everyone that I know about Jeff Schmidt for sure!!

Tim Barker- salesman extraordinaire!!

I recently went in to Jeff Schmitt to purchase my very first new car. I went in alone and to be honest I was nervous to begin the car buying process. Tim was very knowledgeable about all of his inventory and helped me get in to my dream car (color and all! :) ) at an amazing price. Everybody I encountered in the showroom was very pleasant and helpful. I will absolutely be back to Jeff Schmitt when the time comes to buy my next vehicle and I look forward to doing business with Tim again.

2014 Impala purchase

Tim, John, Scott, and Ian were all great to work with. Special Thank You to the young lady at receptionist desk, my son was hungry and she got him some lunch. PBJ, gummy worms, chips, and a pop-keep the kids happy-means mom is happy. Fourth car purchase from Jeff Schmidt-always up front and honest!!!!!

Fast, Easy, and Fair

I went in about my existing lease on thursday and was in my new 2014 Cruze by saturday! I worked with Ian Hanks for my new car and when they tell you he's their best, he really is! Ian worked out the details on trading my wounderful 2011 Chevy Cruze for the amazing new 2014 Chevy Cruze. Ian communicated with me every step of the way and worked with me to get the best deal that that included the everything I wanted in my new cruze and more and still stayed within my budget. After telling Ian what I wanted, Eric the sales manager located it on friday and it was ready to go saturday morning when I got there. Ian and Eric were very fair with their offers and made the negotiations plesant and quick and after the paperwork was signed a couple hours later, I was on my way in my brand new Cruze! A better team you won't find anywhere!!!
