I know that their has been quite a few NEGATIVE remarks concerning this auto group. especially about the writings in the Daily News, and especially about the "Etch Guard Protection"...which has been called "worthless window theft protection" I personally talked to Jeff Vangorder, who is the Sales Manger. I told him about the Etch Guard, which I did not want, anyway, and he asked me if I would come in and talk to him personally about this. I came in, and he had already had a check prepared for me in a FULL refund, even though it has been 13 months since I purchased my car. Jeff is a honest person, and you could not ask for more from him!

My Experience: Byran Edwards (Jeff Schmitt Cadillac): Was very professional and went above and beyond ..in my opinion the call of duty for sale and leasing consultant. In the past my experience at dealerships were.....pass by all cars you like and end up with ones you DON"T like or want to pay for. With Bryan ..he made me feel as if I had a choice in the matter and my money no matter how much I had mattered. If all sales consultants could be like Bryan..the world would definitely be a better place in which to do business in. When I originally went into the dealership, I did not have a specific idea of what vehicle I wanted. Austin was the Sales Associate that worked with me and not only was he incredibly welcoming and friendly, but he helped me figure out what kind of car would best suit me. He went through all the details and benefits of the various makes and models and why each would be a good choice for me. 05/21/2013 just purchased a silverado LTZ today. Called salesman Ian Hanks who sold me 2 other vehicles previously. Ian Hanks works your purchase for the customers complete satisfaction. Twice I have purchased a new vehicle, and Ian Hanks came in the next day, on his day off to make sure every detail was completed in the purchase process. I'm a military veteran, you can't go wrong asking Ian Hanks to help you with your purchase.

After purchasing my very first convertible, I found a problem with the vehicle. The staff at Jeff Schmitt were so nice and allowed me to bring the car to their service department to have it fixed. Now, That's great service considering I bought the vehicle "As Is". They really care about their customers!!! I will definitely buy more vehicles from them as well as refer everyone I know to Jeff Schmitt's lots.

What a great deal we got mike crosbie is a wonderful salesman as well as the rest of the staff we met while there.
