Visited this dealership to look at a new Colorado.

Visited this dealership to look at a new Colorado. Dave personally handled the presentation and sale, and we were very impressed with the entire experience, from pricing, trade-in, and presentation of the features of the new truck. A big Thank You for the experience.

Don't waste your time!

My husband and I came to this dealership to look at a 2020 Silverado RST. After reading all the reviews about Jake Williams he wanted to deal directly with him. They agreed on an appointment for the next day. When we arrived on Tuesday Jake wasn't there at 9:30 am like he said he would be..no biggie everyone runs late now and again. When Jake arrived he came to the table we were sitting at and asked how he could help us. My husband then mentioned he spoke with him the previous day which Jake seemed like he knew nothing of the conversation as my husband continued Jake then seemed to remember. Jake stated he would be right back with the keys so we could test drive the vehicle he returned empty handed and explained there was a problem with the truck we were interested in he said that the previous owner wasn't happy with a vehicle he purchased and may be returning for the one he traded in Jake said he had till five p.m. the next day to decide if he was taking the trade in back and that he would call us the next day one way or another. The next day came and no phone call. I asked my husband to call the dealership and see what was going on. I figured Jake was just busy when my husband called and asked to speak with Jake he was told that Jake wasn't in today and that he would be in tomorrow. Who does that !!!! It was more than clear to us that Jake didn't want to deal with us or possibly make money for himself or the dealership. I have never been so disappointed in sales person or a dealership. On top of that we drove 40 minutes away from home just to be treated rudely.
