Nick "Tex" Estep was excellent at helping make my decision; set my appt. to view vehicle, met at the front door, had the truck parked right outside the... door. Don't be fooled by the size of the dealership. ABSOLUTELY the friendliest, no pressure vehicle buying experience that you will ever have. I have avoided... going in out of fear of high pressure sales. What a mistake ! Just purchased a new 2019 Buick Envision. The entire process exceeded my expectations from start to finish. We are on a fixed income and our credit nothing to brag about. So realistically wasn't expecting much from salesperson in time or consideration. But at... Dave Arbogast, Emily and Jason showed us you don't have to be a Rockefeller to be treated like one. We drove home same day with the car we picked out. I had the worst experience with this dealership than any other dealerships in my entire life and I've owned over 20 vehicles in my time. I went to the... dealership because the review rating and I honestly do not know how they've managed to pull off over 4 stars. I took my 2016 F150 Crew cab with the ecoboost engine into this dealership as several issues were going on. I had taken video of the issues and showed it to them in person before I dropped my truck off with them for a week. I spent about 45 minutes driving my truck with their manager and their technician showing them the issues and immediately the manager denied seeing or hearing any of the issues,yet when the technician went with me he saw and heard what was going on. So long story short my truck was with them for a week and they called me and said they didn't find anything. Even though they acknowledged that the issues from the video they stated that they have an unwritten policy that states if the issue isn't constantly present even if they see that it has been going on before but not consistently present at the time of drop off they will not do anything to figure out what the issue is or even fix it. Keep in mind my truck is still under the original factory warranty and even has a certified warranty. They can say anything they want and the warranty is pointless. I'm a contractor and the best way I can compare would be if you called me up and said your sink was leaking but it wasn't happening all the time and you showed me a video and I arrive at your home and it wasn't leaking at that time but I knew from your video that it has leaked several times before and I just look at you and say call me when it's constantly leaking and I'll come back and figure it out. Be honest with yourself and tell me what kind of impression would that leave you with me as a contractor. Please do yourself a favor and don't do business with this dealership as they do not want to back Fords warranty or the certified warranty as this is beyond ridiculous. They don't even want to find out what issues you have that are going on which shows what we are all constantly experiencing today is a lack of customer service.
After I drove an hour and a half, confirming my appointment 45 minutes before arriving. They sold the vehicle to someone driving by and seen it because... it was pulled up in front for my appointment. Instead of saying I have someone looking at it in 10 minutes can I take your name and number. I was out of luck, wasted 3 hours of my life, not to mention I the vehicle is still available a week and half later.

I bought my SUV in 2001 and went back after having it for 18 years and bought my Focus a few weeks ago, love it! Have been happy with their friendly service... and no pressure to buy, a wonderful experience. I came to Dave Arbogast to test drive several used and one new vehicle. I was greeted by salesman Joshua Bell. He was able to help me look at all the vehicles... I request. He worked with me and my 10 month old daughter, who was less than happy by the end of it. He was easy to work with and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable with all of the vehicles. He was not overbearing and pushy, as I expected a dealership to be. When I finally decided on the right vehicle, Ed Wright helped us get financed. He was very friendly and helped work with the payments to meet the needs of my family. He showed me different routes I could go and took the time to calculate several different options. He was easy to talk to and was able to answer all the questions that I had. Both gentlemen were very nice and patient with me and my daughter. It made buying a new car for the family less stressful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others based on my buying experience today.
