Just wow, I was told that my vehicle would be ready on the 16th and it wasn't because of a late delivery which it wasn't a big deal. My vehicle was ready on the 26th and I dropped it off on the 14th. I was frustrated and annoyed that everything stopped because the technician had an emergency, I don't understand how one person can be the single fail point. Any good manager would have assigned it to someone else to cover down on the work load. This was not the case and I spent more on gas with my other vehicle than I wanted to because of someone's poor management skills.
Poor management skills

Denied to purchase a car
I went to this dealership and tried to buy a car with cash. The denied me. I then said if I could run my bank card. They refused and said onl condition would be to run my bank card multiple times and each time they run it, they must charge me 10%. They said best option was for me to get financed which I did not want because there was no reason to be charged interest for borrowing when I already have money. I then said how about if I can go to my bank and get bank check. They said I could do that but may find that car gone. I went to get bank check and when I came back they said the car was already gone. I’m still not happy with that treatment and do not understand why but I really wanted that red Mercedes.

We are very confused by your comments. We have not had a red Mercedes in our inventory in over 3 months. We do not charge customers 10% for utilizartion of a credit card.. Please contact me personally at my email: mike.reed@mikereedchevy.com. I want to know more about your concerns.

Service Dept fail.
Prior to going in, I consulted a mechanic for check engine light. Code P0455. I unplugged my battery, and 3 days later check engine light came back on. I went in and requested another diagnostic, was quoted 99$ and then he told me the same thing my personal mechanic told me. The paperwork also stated code P0455. They fix a purge valve (cost 325$), and then I leave and 3 days later, my check engine light comes back on. I go back and he tells me it's throwing a different code and it's something else they've got to fix, cost is 400$. Then he told me what my previous mechanic told me which tells me that the original fix was not it. I go to Advance Auto and what do they tell me? Code P0455, same exact code and yet, I paid for my car to still be NOT fixed.

Don't go here
Waited 3 hours for an oil change. Then they wanted to charge$95 to install a mirror I paid $170 for. The mirror snaps on. Takes 30 seconds. I will be using another facility for maintenance from now on.

Terrible Service
i own a 2010 cadillac escalade. i brought my vehicle in for servicing since i am new to the area. they outright refused to work on my vehicle stating that its too old. i mean who says that to a paying customer. i can see if i pulled up in an old beater blowing smoke out the back like puff the magic dragon but my vehicle has been well maintained. they referred to a dealership an hour away when there shop is just 2 minutes from my house. discrimination at its finest!!!!

It is our policy to decline vehicles that are over 10 years old due to limited parts availibility and the potential for multiple co-related issues. Your Escalade is 13 years old.
