My first thoughts are they did not acknowledge me upon

My first thoughts are they did not acknowledge me upon arrival. I waited 10 minutes for someone to come and assist me. Then I go into the waiting area only to sit there from 10am until 3pm. That's ridiculous....

This is a second-purchase review for Trent Cadillac Buick

This is a second-purchase review for Trent Cadillac Buick GMC, but all of the credit goes to LaRon Polk. First purchase was about two years ago and I did not get around to writing a review. Over the years, LaRon and I kept in touch and he was able to provide me anything I needed throughout owning my first-vehicle. Whether it was service appointments, accessories purchases or nitro-fill help, LaRon was there to make the process as seamless as possible and genuinely cared about the customer well after the initial sale. What I didn't realize until I went back the second time is how much I appreciated LaRon's genuine and helpful demeanor throughout the entire process. When it is time to purchase a third vehicle since moving to North Carolina, there is no doubt my loyalty will still remain with LaRon Polk and Trent Cadillac Buick GMC.

When for what I thought was my 2nd Free oil change and

When for what I thought was my 2nd Free oil change and found out I only get one so I paid my bill. Service writer was excellent he had a beard and was Caucasian. Unfortunately two days later a driver ran a red light on Glenburnie at Publix and hit it hard. He was charged and see you soon if they total it. Lol.

I have been a loyal customer with Trent for many years.

I have been a loyal customer with Trent for many years. After buying my wife her first Yukon, she want's nothing else. Pete and his crew have always treated us like family. Ronnie has always shot straight with us and explains all the new features. Albert takes care of all our service needs. Freddie just ordered several accessories for my new Denali. He is always right on it. Paul keeps them all in line. I've never had to speak to him about issues with any of the Trent crew. Tim has given me several enjoyable rides home.
