I love the dealer ship and I have been a customer for about 30 years but service to the people is lacking.I remember when I would take my car in if I needed one for the day they would give me one the people do not have time to chat like they used to it takes longer for a oil change than I have ever seen had people are needing rides and have to wait I am looking for part time work and so I went there and talked to the manager and told him alot of things that he needed help with but he said he would not change anything. Great Dealership Trent Cadillac
Jonathan is an extremely knowledgeable Cadillac Dealer; he worked fantastic numbers for my trade and new Cadillac. I would say the whole staff at Trent was awesome, and the high level of synergy that Jonathan displayed really stood out. He is definitely a future manager what a tremendous asset Trent has in Jonathan.

Service department was as excellent. Reviewed the complete list of services I requested prior to taking the truck. They then went over everything again with me after the service was provided and asked if I had any questions and answer them clearly'

Ronnie is super knowledgable about the GMC trucks which
Ronnie is super knowledgable about the GMC trucks which is what I was looking for and bought. I took home a 2020 Sierra CrewCab SLT and love it. Ronnie showed me the features to the truck and the process was pretty simple. Truck was priced well below KBB value. Third vehicle I've bought from these folks and probably won't go anywhere else.

This is the third vehicle I purchased from Trent.
This is the third vehicle I purchased from Trent. Mainly because of Mike Perhaps. He truly is amazing. He listens to what I want and prepares the sale. He takes the time to explain everything. I decided to try leasing a vehicle this time and felt shaky about it. Mike came in to the finance office and explain how it helps rather than purchase. I totally trust him. He's so honest and patient. He spends the time explaining the features of the new vehicle and has me try them which cements them in my memory. The individuals at Trent responded to my asking for an increase on my trade-in and making the first payment. I had no idea that one was required to make the first payment at signing. I had only $100.00 in my bank account after the Easter holiday. I was feeling disappointed after all the work Mike did and Joshua's efforts in finance. I was pleasntly surprised when I was given another bonus by the dealership making the first payment. This made it possible to make the deal. Then, Mike Pecha made sure to obtain the vehicle and clean it up. I was able to take my new vehicle home the same day after Mike took the time to go over all the features and having me try them. Mike stayed late after most had gone home. Thank you to Mike and the dealership who worked together to make this possible. I am so greatful and I am enjoying the features of the Envision. Thank you 😊
