Thank you isn't saying enough. I spoke with Paul on 12/03/2017 told him what I was looking at. We communicated the next couple of days. I came in 12/06/2017, a little earlier than we had planned. Surprising to me Paul wasn't working. Seemed as though he still had everything in line for me. Reason I say this is Reed stepped in and he knew exactly why I was there. I do not have any comments. My car was serviced and I was contacted via text message when the service was completed. No complaints.

Very pleasant experience here when buying our new car. Everyone there are very friendly. James was a great salesman and a huge help with the search. I also love that after buying your car someone walks you through every feature of the car and helps you set up things.

My experience with the service department was great. I took it in on a Saturday morning and they took it right back and it was ready in less than the time promised. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and very helpful. I certainly will be using the service department again.

Outstanding Experience! My Story: I sent in a inquiry over the internet the night before. As soon as the dealership opened the next day, i received a call from Reed, the salesman. He advised me right off the truck I asked about had been sold the day before. I really wanted that truck, he advised me this truck maybe hard to find, in which I looked, looked and looked and couldn't find the one I wanted. Reed and I ended our conversation, with him telling me he would find me one. After about 45 min Reed texted me (After asking if it was ok to text) and he advised me he found the truck just as I wanted. Reed seemed then to be the guy to go over and beyond to get me what I wanted. He even made a promise, telling me he could have the truck at his store that day if i wanted him to. We discussed prices over the phone and he went above and beyond to get me a deal I felt was good, and a price for my trade that i felt was good. Not even looking at the truck he gave me a price that was higher than dealerships that had seen the truck first hand. I gave him a deposit to get the truck. As promised the truck was there that day. My wife and I drove to the dealership, to pick up our new truck. We waited for the truck to get out of detailing. By the time it was done we smoked it over and finished the paperwork. The amount of time sent at the dealership was the best I have ever experienced. It took longer for the guy to explain the equipment on the truck than it did doing paperwork and everything. Brooke was ready and made the paperwork process as easy as I have ever seen. This dealership from start to finish was way beyond my expectations. This is a top notch dealership! Should I need another vehicle I promise to make another trip to Herlong Chevrolet to buy!!

Had my oil changed. This was done in a timely manner. Service rep was courteous.
