Great customer service, attentive to needs and easy to talk with/to. Some car salesmen are arrogant and it's easy to feel like a number to them. I felt seen, I felt heard, and I love the Equinox I drove away in. This was my best experience with a car dealership. Thank you guys for being there when I needed a new vehicle!

I love this vehicle! Brett Dardio is the absolute best. I live 150 miles away, and I always check here first when I am looking for a new vehicle. Everyone I've met who is affiliated with Lima Auto Mall has been exceptional--they are able to always make me feel like I am a family friend. My used vehicle purchase has been outstanding, because they thoroughly check the vehicles that they have on their lot. Lima Auto Mall is simply the best dealership that I've been to in years.
