Great service just suck that their detail service was

Great service just suck that their detail service was closed so my car I bought wasn't able to be cleaned and only is already at 65%. Besides that I loved the staff and the time the sale person took with us. We were never pressured once to buy a vehicle.

We were disappointed with the whole experience.

We were disappointed with the whole experience. We were not offered any incentives. Ask for a free oil change No, ask for the total to be rounded down to 52,000 No. mind you this was a difference of less than 70 dollars. Ask for the truck to be cleaned, was only ran through car wash, windows not cleaned, tires looked as if a child who was learning to finger paint did them. We have bought vehicles from Lima Auto Mall in the past I'm not sure we would do business with them again. I realize this truck is a 2024 but the service we received was less than respectable. Especially with this being a return buyer and to be at this time of year December. The dealership should be ashamed of the quality of sales and service they offer to the public.
