Luc was great, very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Luc was great, very pleasant and knowledgeable. he helped us set up our electronic in the new gmc and answered all of our questions. would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle at ellis chevy. the dealer sent out a car to pick us up as we needed a way to take plates off old car and get to the dealer.

Sales service is good.

Sales service is good. But when they sell a certified used vehicle and they say everything is good on it and then the brakes start making noise couple weeks after. When they were supposed to be new. And you complain they don’t just replace them all they only replace the ones not working properly. Then two weeks after they we’re supposedly fixed the back breaks start going and making noise… terrible maintenance department would not recommend

Horrible customer service , bought a new Denali .

Horrible customer service , bought a new Denali . Have owned 28 months . 9 of the 28 months it has sat in there driveway, without even an offer of a loaner. Stay away from them they are crooks

Horrible customer service , do not buy from them .

Horrible customer service , do not buy from them . Quick to push them out . No knowledge in repairing them. Have owned our Denali 28 months . Has sat in there driveway 9 of those months without even so much as a loaner vehicle.
