Synder Chevrolet wasted my time and money

Synder Chevrolet wasted my time and money. I called the dealership on 7-13-2020 when they opened at 8:30am. I was connected to a salesman named Terry who answered my question about the car I was interested in, took my number and told me he would be sending over more information about the car. That text message never came, I called back on lunch to confirm my appointment and make sure my number had been taken correctly. I leave work EARLY to meet with Terry. As I'm on the road I get a call from him telling me the car had been sold for a month and the listing was false. Also the two other very similar cars they have are $2500 more and non negotiable. Thank you for making my first time car buying experience awful

Sorry you're upset about your resent interaction with Terry on the Impala. Terry had apologized for the text he sent not going through because he entered your number incorrectly. (Mistakes happen) I would like to apologize for having an internal issue with our inventory tool. The vehicle that you inquired on, had been sold 6/23 to a local couple and was listed for $17,663. The Impala's we currently have are listed for $18,994. Although similar in equipment these vehicles were acquired at a later date and the market has changed on them. (As all used cars have, due to may things out of our control) I'm not sure where the difference of $2500 comes in to play or the statement of non negotiable is coming from since we offered to discount the car to $18,500. With you being over an hour away taking your market into consideration that is still a great value. This Impala is 8 of 38, with the average miles being 20k and the average price being $21,673. We take great pride in the quality of our vehicles and carefully price them to attract someone such as yourself from a great distance away. Sorry we couldn't come together. Dishonest Dealership!

The most dishonest dealership I have ever encountered. We bought our 2017 Chevrolet Suburban Premier from Snyder in July 2018. The vehicle was suppose to be certified. The sales person named Adam did not inform us that there was only one FOB key when my wife picked up the vehicle. I called him a short time later and his response was "I thought you knew there was only one key." Yes Adam, I always request one key when I purchase a vehicle. I went to my local dealership for an oil change and tire rotation 4 months after I purchased the vehicle and they told me the vehicle was out of alignment and that I needed new tires due extreme wear on the inside shoulder. It was dangerous to drive at this point. I called Adam at Snyder Chevrolet and he told me I had to bring it 60 miles back to Snyder to have it checked. The service manager at Snyder told me the tires were fine, although I had another dealership and Discount Tire shop tell me the exact opposite. Yes the tread was fine but the inside shoulder was NOT. They completed the alignment (that they originally passed certified) like they were doing me a favor by not charging, but refused to accept responsibility for the tires they certified. BEWARE of SNYDER CHEVROLET!!! I will be filing with the Better Business Bureau and State of Ohio as well.

Dishonest Dealership!

Senior Nutrtition Manager

I own a car from Snyder Chevrolet and I am in charge of 2 Silverado and 6 Colorado s and 1 Ford Ranger for my job. My latest purchase of my car, I was very pleased with my salesman, Nick Nausbaum. He was very helpful even though my husband was rather cantankerous. The Service Dept is always helpful when I have problems with the trucks. We have one truck which we have to deal with an outside company, it's been a problem, but Snyder's has helped me work with them and get some adjustments on our bill.
