Clean bright dealership.

Clean bright dealership. Pleasant friendly employees. Brendan was pleasant, patient and very easy to work with. Answered all our questions and explained everything very well. Listened to what I was looking for, and found an Envision I love. Would use him and/or recommend him to others.

I came in for a 45,000 mile maintenance check up, and to

I came in for a 45,000 mile maintenance check up, and to see why my tire pressure was going up and down in my back tire and I was told that it was a leak and they couldn't fix it, I ask can it be replaced because I have a warranty that covers my tires. He told me No because it doesn't cover worn out tires and my tires are bad and I need to get new tires that cost 1,000 plus an alignment which was another $160. Long story short I didn't pay for the new tires, I went somewhere else and my tire had two nails in it and this dealership marked the spot were the nails were at in my tire and told me that bold face lie knowing the tire had nails in it. My tire was fixed, showed them my warranty and my tire was covered under it. I will let everyone know of this experience.......

Car lease

Marty Budd and Chuck Buchner are the best. I was stressed and nervous having to do this almost on my own and they helped through the car turn in, and a new lease. So professional. Known them both for years and they never let me down. They have helped my daughter and granddaughter.

Awesome experience

Over the weekend I went in to the dealership to look at a GMC Sierra1500. I was greeted by Jason the salesman, very pleasant and polite. Looked at the truck (which he had sitting inside waiting since it was snowing) test drove and was everything I was looking for. Sat down and asked questions which he answered with no hesitation. Jason was not pushy at ALL!! Was very helpful during the entire process, actually went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership. They have a customer for life from my wife and I.

the appt was at another dealer, do the dealership I bought the vehicle was booked, but they could not find a record of the purchase for oil changes that was bought at the time I leased my vehicle. Drove to the dealership where I purchases the vehicle & they worked me in and verified that the information was in the computer for any dealer to review. Highly recommend the dealership.
