2013 t&c listed heated leather seats,test drove came back

2013 t&c listed heated leather seats,test drove came back tuesday,signed paperwork,only reason were the heated seats.explained some of the paperwork not all. driving home i'm looking for the "heated seat switch low and behold there aren't any. Wednesday i opened the envelope with the paperwork,going thru it the buyer agreement i noticed "etchguard-$529.00. when signing the etch 5 paper nothing waz mentioned about the cost or any waiver acknowledgement to decline it. I called KENT SMITH the next day questioned him about the added expense his exact words and i quote "THIS IS SPITZERS POLICY". On monday KENT asked me if i wanted additional insurance I TOLD HIM "NO". He said he would check to see what da finance guy could.do. Then thursday nite the CHECK ENGINE LITE CAME ON, i'm furious. called friday to let him know told him what i thought, have yet to hear from him. the ohio lemon law has a section that this "ETCHING IS A SCAM!!!!!!",to protect against theft. I have FULL COVERAGE/THEFT INSURANCE. personally if anyone is looking for a used car iI WOULD DEFINITLY STAY AWAY FROM salesman KENT SMITH & SPITZER CHEVY NORTH CANTON. The experience waz a nightmare being a senior citizen, i'll never forget. This is the tenth vehicle i've purchased & never gotten so screwed over. I should of GOTTEN IN MY VAN AND WENT HOME A TOTAL MISTAKE

Nick Moran was an excellent salesman, and the perfect match for my personality. His no pressure, nothing is a problem attitude, made this purchase simple, fair, and pleasant. A good deal is when the buyer and seller are both happy, and I think that was accomplished.

Scott Riper went above and beyond what I had expected

Scott Riper went above and beyond what I had expected He and the Spitzer team worked to find me a Colorado that would meet my expectations even to the point of driving 7 hours round trip to get the truck from a different dealership in their network As of right now I am pleased with everything that Scott did to get me in a truck that would serve my needs for years to come. It is not my first buying experience from Spitzet and Scott has always exceeded my expectations.
