Great customer service

Called Bill C. about a dead battery. Came to my house. Jump started my vehicle, drove it to dealership. Picked up vehicle next day fully charged battery. This is called customer service. Dennis Anundson

Quick follow up to my email the previous evening. Very friendly and got the feeling they appreciated my business. Salesman explained all the new features very professionally.

Horrible Service

First time in for service (oil change) was never contacted when service was completed. After calling to follow up and being told service was complete, arrived to pick up vehicle to find out tech had backed it into a pole. Damage was cover by dealer. Second service (oil change & backup camera not working). Dealer had vehicle all day and I again had to call at the end of the day to get details. Was told it was nearly finished and dealer would call when finished. Received no call the rest of the day.n

Horrible service

Forced to use this dealership for repairs because of traveling situation. Slow (I mean SLOW) service. No one in that building was remotely interested in helping or moving quickly. I waited over one month for repair to be completed. One year later and I'm still dealing with their odds and ends repair. They used Silicone instead of factory-approved gaskets, in addition to non-factory approved spark plugs, filters, and other parts. If you don't care about what happens to your vehicle or cleanliness, this is the place fo you. For the rest of the world, KEEP DRIVING! This place is poison.

Great sales staff!!

The sales guys are great to deal with, very low pressure and seemed like they were honest to deal with. I purchased my used pickup from them and it was almost 5k less than what it booked out for, I looked in Fargo and Jamestown and neither of the Chevy dealers were close on price! Will come back for my next pickup for sure, thanks!
