Sonju Two Harbors

Not the best experience from a dealer. They drilled a license plate holder on the front bumper of a Hellcat, which left 4 huge holes I had to repair on a brand new car at a body shop. I will stick to local dealers the next time.

Dealt with Jon Schemmer in customer service today. We had our car in for the auto butler. I had a couple of questions and Jon took the time to thoroughly answer each one. He was very knowledgeable and a nice guy.

Overall it was a great experience working with Gaitz Shanda. Provided great service and input on cars, was able to look at a variety of cars very quickly. Able to get a good feel for everything that I wanted to look at. I would come back and deal with Gaitz and Sonju again if I am in the area to buy a new car again in the future. The only part that was a kind of slow was the financials process, as there was only one person on, but that happens sometime and was not that big of a deal. They were friendly and nice throughout the process
