My Acadia
I really like this dealership. The service is good and friendly people. While my Acadia was getting an oil change I got a call from Bob my service guy. He asked if I would like to change the cabin filters. He said they need changed at 30,000 miles. Shame on me for not knowing how many miles was on my car but he had paperwork in his hand. He told me the cost and I told him yes to change them. I look at my mileage when I got in my car and there is only 23,000 some odd number on it. I had 7,000 more miles to go before they needed changed. That was a waste of good filters and money to me. I went out of town for a few days and never called the dealership. I'm still not happy about this mistake but I'm sure there's nothing that can be done about it.
