Inlaw just got a new car

Hey why would you charge for nitrogen? 39.99 ? That is a xxxxxxxx charge. You just took total advantage of my in laws. So what else did you screw them on ?

When you wrote me your initial question via Google last night, we responded within 20 minutes. Did you receive that message? It outlines your question about Nitrogen. If there is concern with the Nitrogen charge, please have your in-law (the customer) contact the dealership at 812-339-2227 so that we can discuss. We just completed the purchase of a new 2020 GMC Terrain...

We just completed the purchase of a new 2020 GMC Terrain Denali OWD SUV from Curry Buick Cadillac and could not be more thrilled with the professionalism, service and fair pricing. Having purchased vehicles many times over the last 40 years, this had to be the least stressful in terms of negotiations. They accepted my desired price on our trade in without hesitation. In addition we received some VERY handsome year end incentive discounts which made our deal even better than anticipated. Although they had to bring in the new vehicle from a different dealer, they kept up informed throughout the process. We could not be happier and would recommend Curry for your next vehicle purchase.

Thankful for the low pressure sale.

Brandon Edwards was a very professional salesman. He was knowledgable and kind. Brandon was very accommodating with my son. Bill was good to work with on financing. I brought the car back in for a brake check and Curry replaced the brakes and provided a oil change both on them. Bart was good to work with in the shop. Thank you for a positive experience. I will shop here in the future.

Essential Employee in Public Safety sector needed a vehicle

Mr Bill Ryan is a total asset to the sales team at Curry's and should be sought out for any purchases. My wife and I located a nice used car at Curry's and called to schedule an appt due to COVID-19. We were advised that the earliest we could come in was the following day at 11am and the male we spoke with at Curry's assured us no one else was scheduled to test drive the vehicle and that due to current staffing, that was the soonest we could get in. I have been looking for a nice used vehicle for over a year as we wanted something we both liked, was dependable and affordable for us to either buy outright or finance. Around 10:15am the morning of our appt. we received a call from a female representing Curry's, stating that there was a couple test driving the vehicle that we had made the appt to see and they seemed very interested and that she would call us back when they returned from their test drive. We questioned how this had came about as we had previously scheduled our appt. the day before for today at 11am and we were assured no one was test driving the vehicle prior to us. The female associate had no answer but assured us she would call as soon as they returned from the test drive with their decision about the vehicle purchase. My wife and I were quite frustrated by this so we decided to go ahead and drive to the dealership to see what exactly was going on. Upon arrival we were greeted by Mr. Bill Ryan of the Curry sales staff. We explained what had taken place and Mr. Ryan told us to give him a minute and he would look into what was going on with the vehicle. Mr Ryan returned and was very apologetic and advised that the couple that had just test drove the vehicle was in fact going to purchase the car we scheduled to test drive. I questioned about the my set appt, the signage on the door stating by appointment only and the assurance we had been given that the vehicle would be ready for us to test drive. Mr Ryan verified we had an appt on the schedule and was not sure what had happened and went out of his way to try to make things right. We almost left at this point being very frustrated that we did not get the vehicle we came to look at but after numerous apologies by Mr. Ryan we agreed to look over their inventory list with Mr. Ryan and eventually we did locate another vehicle we both would consider test driving and looking at. We wound up making a purchase but spending far more than originally budgeted as the sales mngmnt team would not negotiate with us or Mr. Ryan on the price which came very close to sinking the deal, but after a lengthy discussion between us and knowing that we really needed to add a vehicle as I am an essential employee in the public safety sector with ever changing hours, we decided to go ahead with the purchase of the other vehicle even though we came there specifically for the convertible.. We were completely satisfied with Mr Ryan and his kindness in this bad situation. We are not happy with Mr. Ryan's superiors in their refusal to negotiate price after the way we had been previously treated by others in their team. We are very pleased with Mr. Ryan and his sincerity and willingness to try to make good of a bad situation. If you do attempt to purchase a car at Curry's we recommend you seek out Mr. Bill Ryan for your sales person. Oh, and we are still waiting for the female to call us back to let us know if the convertible we wanted has been sold! So if you do consider shopping at Curry's, ASK for Bill Ryan ONLY. This was not the dealership my grandparents and parents had always spoke so highly of.
