I was talking to Casey about a truck and told him on a Wednesday that Friday I would come from grand forks to look at it. The drive was 3 hours. 10 minutes away he calls me and says the truck is getting test driven. Now you would think if we are talking about looking at This truck you would maybe , just maybe reserve it , clean / detail and have it sitting outside the dealership ready for the person interested in it. I know used trucks are going quick this time but it’s the principle of it. I think that was totally unprofessionally and inconsiderate. Totally unacceptable.0 out of 5 stars.

Friendly staff. Casey our salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. Especially when it came to pairing our phones to get the most use out of vehicle. He made the paperwork easy and understandable and speedy. No disappointments or regrets in the purchase of this vehicle. Casey responded to my vehicle enquiry the next business day and mentioned a couple of vehicles he thought would fit our needs.. Met us at the door as we arrived on schedule from a phone conversation. Pointed us at the suitable vehicle and got our vehicle appraised asap. Thanks

Forever returning customer
Casey is amazing he had been looking for my trailblazer since December and as soon as one was coming in he let me know and kept me up to date on everything! Casey helped me set up OnStar in my car and when I had an issue with them he took car of it. Very personable! I will always recommend sharps and Casey to anyone looking! Will be a returning customer when the time arises! You are all great! Really appreciated how Casey went over everything in the vehicle with me since it is the newest car I?ve ever gotten! Casey went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you all again!

Sharp Chevrolet Review
The only problem I had is that my car was delivered to my home instead of my workplace. We drove around the Sharp car lot looking for my car when I couldn't find it at work. Later on, we found out that my car was parked in my driveway at home. I need to have it parked at work after the service so I can use it to drive home.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Did not appreciate being up upsold on windshield wipers that I can do myself for less than half the cost I was quoted.

Got oil changed and had to return for tire rotation because of scheduling problem. Will wait for an oil change special sale since price keeps going up.

Long distance purchase sight unseen
Found an incredible deal on a used Toyota. The initial interaction with Nick in sales was great, he sent walk around and interior videos to help understand the condition of the car. After that the communication started to get fumbled, had to make a couple calls throughout the day to get a response. Had a cashier’s check overnighted then was told it would need a week to clear when I had arranged a transport truck to pick up in a few days. After I cancelled the transport I was then told the original pickup date would be fine from the dealer, thankfully the transport company was super flexible. Became a bit of a struggle but ended positive. Overall I would buy hear again, they have great pricing on vehicles and the transport was smooth.
