Very rude individuals here, if you go in with the mindset you are going to try and get a good deal give it up, they will treat you as if you just escaped from a mental facility, the owner cares nothing about customer experience and will outright demean and disrespect you

Our salesman Austin Trible was friendly and helpful and always answered our questions and concerns promptly. Also VERY high praises to Mary Alice Passagaluppi in the finance dept for her patience and guidance, even after the car was purchased!!!
I PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE THAT HAD HIDDEN ISSUES. I ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY BEFORE PURCHASE THE DEALERSHIP SAID NO! THEY DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER OR INTEGRITY, AND IS VERY DISHONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY TELL THE CUSTOMER! WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE, THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED TO HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET! YOU CAN READ MY COMPLAINT WITH THE VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. I RECCOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!
Waste of time
I had an appointment that I secured with the Vice President/Salesman Joey Fore to test drive a used vehicle. During the phone call I told him my full name, that I was local buyer, the name of the person who referred me, and that I would be there during my lunch break (2 hours later). He said he would see me when I got there and he would pull the vehicle out front and have it ready for me. Once I arrived I was told there was a person test driving the vehicle and that she was most likely going to purchase it. I was also told the person had arrived there 5 mins before me. I feel that I should have been notified before I made a special trip to the dealership. When I told him that I wish he had called me he simply said he did not have my phone number. When I asked if I should hang around and wait to see if it was indeed sold he said he would call me if the sale didn’t go through and said “your name was Jessica right?” Wow so not only did he not get my number, he also didn’t get my name? I would have been happy to place a deposit hold on the vehicle had I know that he was not going to hold it for me until my appointment but I was not offered that option. I feel that my time was not valued by Mr. Fore and for that reason I will do not recommend this dealership.
I am sorry things did not work out. You called and said you were interested, but before you arrived another customer came and purchased for my asking price. The only time we will hold vehicles is with a non-refundable deposit. I would have gladly called you, but I did not have your information to do so. Hopefully we can do business in the future. - Joey

I purchased a previously owned 2013 Buick LaCrosse and am very satisfied with the car's appearance and condition - it's a beautiful car! The price was fair and my trade-in value made the decision easy. This is a good dealership with a very friendly and helpful staff. A special thanks to Herman Thompson.
