Bought a used truck that started knocking 3 days later.

Bought a used truck that started knocking 3 days later. They refused to fix the truck. 1. Offered to fix it if I paid $150 an hour for service. 2. Offered to sell me a $5000 3 year warranty. Then refused to talk to me anymore. Most shady dealer i have seen in 40+ years of buying cars.

This is inaccurate. 1) We deemed the truck to not have an issue. 2) We offered to perform the repair you thought it needed under the 50/50 powertrain coverage we included with the sale. 3) We offered you an extended powertrain warranty for about $1,500 I believe, (not $5,000). These statements are very inaccurate.

I stand by my statement. At no time did I offer you a warranty for $5,000, it was around $1,500 if I remember correctly, and we offered to perform the repair you claimed it needed under the 50/50 coverage we included with the vehicle sale. Any other assertion is simply false. Sounds like you were able to remedy your concern pretty cheaply, so I don't understand the hostility. Enjoy your truck.

I still have copies of the text and emails if anyone woukd like to see them. Btw when i told you i would be leaving a bad review your words were "we dont care." Seems like you do now. Btw gas motors dont sound like diesels. The truck had a bad lifter and rocker on number 7 cylinder. It has been repaired for $61 in parts and 3 hours labor. Exactly as i told you. I have the old parts and video of the repair. xxxxxxx.

Yes you did offer the warranty at a 40% discount . Or to fix the truck and i pay 50% of the ridiculous $150 labor rate. But i offered to have another dealer fix it because if your guys couldn't recognize a knock and said it was just fine i wouldn't trust them for a repair. So no i was not going to pay you a couple thousand dollars to fix an issue you knew the truck had. A decent dealer would have done something or at least tried. You wouldn't even talk to me in person and quit answering my emails after 3 emails. You knew the truck had an issue thats why it was sitting outside running when i got there the day i picked it up. You had cleared the codes for the 4 bad tpms sensors and said it didnt have an issue. Yes i did fix my truck on my own. Im just trying to warn others that you are shady. Your guys said it was fine? So either they are untrained and have no idea what a motor is supposed to sound like or you told them to tell me it was fine. But when i first brought the truck back your salesman and mechanic agreed it had issues in the parking lot? Why did the mechanics assesment change? Did he loose his ability to hear? Like i said i have the old parts and the emails. I also recorded video of the knock before i fixed it and after.

Stay away from these guys

Very rude individuals here, if you go in with the mindset you are going to try and get a good deal give it up, they will treat you as if you just escaped from a mental facility, the owner cares nothing about customer experience and will outright demean and disrespect you

Our salesman Austin Trible was friendly and helpful and always answered our questions and concerns promptly. Also VERY high praises to Mary Alice Passagaluppi in the finance dept for her patience and guidance, even after the car was purchased!!!

I PURCHASED A USED VEHICLE THAT HAD HIDDEN ISSUES. I ASKED IF THERE WERE ANY BEFORE PURCHASE THE DEALERSHIP SAID NO! THEY DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER OR INTEGRITY, AND IS VERY DISHONEST ABOUT WHAT THEY TELL THE CUSTOMER! WITHIN 45 DAYS OF PURCHASE, THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED TO HAVE A BLOWN HEAD GASKET! YOU CAN READ MY COMPLAINT WITH THE VIRGINIA ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE. I RECCOMMEND FOR ANYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP !!!

Waste of time

I had an appointment that I secured with the Vice President/Salesman Joey Fore to test drive a used vehicle. During the phone call I told him my full name, that I was local buyer, the name of the person who referred me, and that I would be there during my lunch break (2 hours later). He said he would see me when I got there and he would pull the vehicle out front and have it ready for me. Once I arrived I was told there was a person test driving the vehicle and that she was most likely going to purchase it. I was also told the person had arrived there 5 mins before me. I feel that I should have been notified before I made a special trip to the dealership. When I told him that I wish he had called me he simply said he did not have my phone number. When I asked if I should hang around and wait to see if it was indeed sold he said he would call me if the sale didn’t go through and said “your name was Jessica right?” Wow so not only did he not get my number, he also didn’t get my name? I would have been happy to place a deposit hold on the vehicle had I know that he was not going to hold it for me until my appointment but I was not offered that option. I feel that my time was not valued by Mr. Fore and for that reason I will do not recommend this dealership.

I am sorry things did not work out. You called and said you were interested, but before you arrived another customer came and purchased for my asking price. The only time we will hold vehicles is with a non-refundable deposit. I would have gladly called you, but I did not have your information to do so. Hopefully we can do business in the future. - Joey
