Excellent experience

Mallory was knowledgeable, helpful, and a pleasure to deal with. To buy two new vehicles at the same, with no snags, speaks of a job well done.

Awesome experience

The staff is awesome they help me find the truck i wanted the dealership is clean. Its awesome they ask if you want something to drink. I had a awesome experience here

Excellent Experience

Chris was very professional and friendly throughout the process. He was very quick to return my calls or answer my emails. He provided us the opportunity to have the majority of the paperwork and OnStar set up done ahead of time, so that when we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, there was very little to do other than sign the paperwork and take the keys. He also took the time to walk us through the various functionality and options on the car and show us how they work. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase, or lease, a new car.

great experiance

This is the second time I've done business with Jim Wernig Chevrolet and once again I had perfect satisfaction with them. Andy was great, he was polite, professional and worked with me to find the car and deal that I needed. Highly recommend and will do business again in the future!

I was interested in a used 4 wheel drive vehicle to get...

I was interested in a used 4 wheel drive vehicle to get me around in our snowy town of Gaylord. I was out on a mission and talked to 5 different dealerships, even test driven one. The only person to contact me was Lucus at Wernig Inc. He had e-mailed photos of vehicles that were in my price range and in the comfort level for my family of 6. Lucus had responded to all of my questions and was very professional. A big "THANK YOU!" to Lucus and Wernig Dealership. I'm enjoying my truck on this winters day and end this note as a very pleased customer. We will return to Lucus to buy a NEW vehicle for my husband in the near future. The other dealerships I have not heard from at all and contacted them Feb 26 & 27. When you SNOOZE, you LOSE. Great job Wernig!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sincerely, Michelle F.
