Chris was very professional and friendly throughout the process. He was very quick to return my calls or answer my emails. He provided us the opportunity to have the majority of the paperwork and OnStar set up done ahead of time, so that when we arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, there was very little to do other than sign the paperwork and take the keys. He also took the time to walk us through the various functionality and options on the car and show us how they work. I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone looking to purchase, or lease, a new car.

I was interested in a used 4 wheel drive vehicle to get me around in our snowy town of Gaylord. I was out on a mission and talked to 5 different dealerships, even test driven one. The only person to contact me was Lucus at Wernig Inc. He had e-mailed photos of vehicles that were in my price range and in the comfort level for my family of 6. Lucus had responded to all of my questions and was very professional. A big "THANK YOU!" to Lucus and Wernig Dealership. I'm enjoying my truck on this winters day and end this note as a very pleased customer. We will return to Lucus to buy a NEW vehicle for my husband in the near future.
