As always the service department was friendly, accommodating and eager to take care of my service issues. Great group of people. Thanks for taking such good care of me and my needs.

Everything went very well. I needed everything to be done by a certain time and they took care of me. No problems whatsoever.

Making the appt. was easy. I got there at 8 am and was out before 9 for my free oil change. I had a question about a sound coming from around my windshield, and the gentleman told me what it was, how long it would take to fix, and that all I had to do was call and set up an appt. I was very pleased with my visit to Matheny's.

Jamie Karcher is an excellent salesperson. The other personnel we were involved with were very personable & very good at their jobs.

I was please with the work done to my vehicle. However when we bought my car we were not informed that the head gaskets had been replaced by your dealership until the parts department told us they were leaking. I myself feel this was very important and could have been a very large issue had it not been found during the inspection for another problem we were having.

The staff was very friendly. Jordan took great care of me. Mr. Cutright was eager to give me a lift home and pick me up after the service was completed. I arrived early in the morning before Jordan arrived and one of the service techs got me taken care even though he does not handle the schedule.

This is the third car I have bought from Jamie Karcher since 2008. I am impressed with her knowledge of Cars and she has been very helpful to me in getting the right Car for me. I like the new building, the service area is very nice. I think you need to add a wash station to your service, where ladies like me who don't do car washes can pull up to the door and you take the car through the wash, for about $10.00 a wash.

Very friendly staff, they greeted customers as they arrived. The waiting area was very nice. Repairs were made in a timely manner.

I purchased a certified used vehicle 2005 chevy 2500HD. There was 3 items that needed repaired, Matheny's repaired these items to my satisfaction.

As a result of an accident I was in need of 2 tires and OEM wheels for my 2006 GMC Sierra p/u. Brandon in your parts department exceeded my expections in helping me out. He not only ordered the replacement tires, which I did not expect to be able purchase at Mathenys, he arranged to loan me 2 tires and wheels until the new tires came in. He also took extra time checking the dealership for "take off" wheels. (New OEM wheels were $494 each), I did not want to pay that much. I ended up purchasing 4 like new take off wheels. A day later when the new tires came in, the Service Department (Jared) and tech (Ray) did an excellent job mounting and balancing the the tires. April 19, 2013
