I was super pleased with Outten service!. I'll start with Eve who is always courteous when answering the phone and setting up service. My 2018 Equinox just stopped accelerating and died. Eric took oversight of my car so professionally. The service tech was very polite...sorry I didn't get his name. The cashier, Mary, was so friendly, and, again was professional. It was raining outside and I had various items in my hands since I was changing back to my car. She gave me a plastic bag in which to put everything! Then, as I was standing at the service exit door, Jodi came over with a large umbrella and walked me out to my car. I know she got wet because she made sure I was fully covered!!! Thank you so much!!! And God bless all.

Just began a new lease on a 2026 Chevy Trax. Had been leasing a 2022 Trax for almost 3 years. They contacted me if I was interested in talking about upgrading to the 2026 model early. Made an appointment and met with the same salesman from before. Took test drive and was pleased with the new design and performance. Was able to make a deal on the new model and keep my payments nearly the same. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and moved the process along in a timely manner. I've only had the car a few days but so far it has been a good experience. Staff made follow up calls and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I could certainly tell they appreciated the business and glad to have me as a returning customer. I will certainly do business with them in the future when the time comes. Ted Nowak

Kris my salesman was excellent. Very nice guy went from showing me the new series Silverado 1500 ( at my request) then I eventually settled on a " NICE "used 2021 they had on the lot. Can't say enough about my whole experience at OUTTEN Hamburg.
