e-mailed the on line service about a couple used trucks available for sale and got a response within about 2 hours and later that day a salesman( Zac Schopp) called and set up appointment to see that vehicle plus a couple others. Very pleasant, no pressure, Zac was very generous, courteous. He was able to provide us with answers to most our questions and strived to find the answers to the ones he didn't. I came pretty well prepared to possibly drive away in a different vehicle, well at least get the deal on paper and close a couple days later being it was a Saturday and all. But I was surprised that we closed the deal and drove home in our new/used truck on Saturday afternoon. Did I mention Zac is also a fellow Marine? Semper Fi brother.
