New truck

Easy to work with. Found a truck I wanted online. Lithia was able get the truck for me Lithia was not only able to match the price I found it for they beat it! What's not to like about that

Clay is an awesome guy to deal with!

I had a 3:30 appt for an oil change on Saturday, Dec 16. We dropped my car at 3:00, and went for a late lunch. We got back to Lithia at 4 :00, but my car hadn't moved. Keep in mind, I had major spine surgery Oct 30, and I am in a hard neck brace. Clay realized the lube guys hadn't taken my car in, and told them to get on it. We didn't get out of there til 5:00, and Clay did not charge us for the oil change. I did not expect him to do that, but it was appreciated! I dealt with him last fall when I needed a fuel pump, and he went over and above to get a fuel pump late on a Friday so I could get my car back for the weekend!

The Service I got at the Missoula Ford Dealership

I took my new car into the Ford dealership last week. Even though they were under construction It was easy to find where to go and I got excellent and courteous service immediately. They had a comfortable waiting room and even let me use their phone to call my daughter for a ride. I had many questions about how to service my car and what to do to keep in compliance with my car's warranty. The technician answered all my questions, with a smile.

They made it easy

The team at Lithia Ford really took care of me from start to finish. I needed a truck in a hurry, and they understood my situation and worked with me to get me in something reliable that wasn’t over what I said I could pay. Lorien, Adam, and Dale are customer service superstars!
