Great experience

I had a Ford Focus that we purchased from a different dealer. It had serious issues in the past and I was worried about the reliability of it through a MT winter. And my poor clients didn't fit in it! We went to Lithia Ford with a great deal of skepticism in Ford. Well...they made it right. Jeff, Nolan and AJ were great to deal with. They listened and helped get me into something reliable that I won't get stuck in my driveway with and that wasn't black! Love my Escape. Thank you. When my Journey is ready to go, we will be back.

Fast and Friendly

Great experience. Began by shopping online. Picked vehicle, applied with Ford motor credit and was approved within minutes. Nolan Fisher the sales manager contacted me immediately, we negotiated over the phone and made a deal in less than 20 minutes. I drove 120 miles to Missoula the next day and met my salesman Jay Powell. Another great guy. Nobody was pushy or tried to upsell me at the dealership. My finance guy Dale Sparks was awesome, fast and informative. The least amount of time I have ever spent buying a new car. They had my F150 detailed and ready upon my arrival. Great crew.

Thrilled with my recent purchase

I test drove a new car from a different dealership and found that you had the same model that was a year old. I came to Lithia looking for the advertised car and actually had selected the dealership on Expressway. The car I was looking for was at another Lithia location so my daughter and I went to Lithia Ford on Brooks. The car wasn't there either but that is where I found the car I eventually bought. My daughter is from Salt Lake and she and her husband have been pick-up shopping. She was amazed at how non-evasive the salesman was. The overall experience has been great.

Oil change

Called for a last minute oil change and was happy they had a 5:30 appointment . They got me right in and out. Super fast and friendly shop.

Great service

Dropped my car off because the seat would not move forward or back. The mechanic tracked down the TSB and ordered the parts. The car was repaired the very next day. I was contacted and kept up to date. Dan the courtesy shuttle driver was a pleasure to talk to from and to the dealership.

Ford F150 Oil Change

I arrived at the scheduled time for my oil change, my service advisor Clay greeted me and got the paperwork started. 40 minutes later my oil was changed, my dirty air filter, pointed out by the service advisor was replaced, all 4 tires rotated and I was on my way. Awesome!
