It was really good experience working with entire team of Elite Auto Brokers. I live in Raleigh, NC area and purchased two E 300, It was hassle free purchase. Everything was ready for us to drive the vehicles back home. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

I was in the market to trade in my wife's car for a 2019 BMW X3 xdrive30i. I was upside down in negative equity $6k and really wanted to find someone that would work with me. I went to FOUR dealerships and they all gave me the run around. I thought going to a commercial dealer wild be the best option since they tend to give rebates and incentives that eat up negative equity, but they didn't work with me the way I anticipated. So I found elite auto brokers and inquired about the vehicle make and model I was looking for, and they not only had the EXACT car I wanted, but they also had it marked the cheapest with 10k miles less on it than all the commercial dealers. I thought it was a gimmick until I went in person and every single person I interacted with was amazing! I even met the owner who I thought would be full of xxxx honestly lol, but he was so down to earth and personable. All in all I was able to trade in my vehicle for a great price and they even took 1k off the asking price of my new vehicle. This was the 8th car ive purchased in my life and BY FAR the best experience I have ever had! Closing and signing even only took 30 min! This will be my go dealer for life!

Car and price were great, and our salesman Fred even helped us with a minor key fob repair after the sale, but getting my tags transferred from my trade-in to my new car was a fiasco. A week after I bought the car, I was told it typically takes 2 weeks. Three weeks after the sale, I found out Elite had done nothing about transferring my tags because they supposedly were waiting on proof of insurance, which I already had provided the day of sale. More than 5 weeks after the sale, I received totally new tags - they had not transferred my old tags! I finally had to take time off work to go to my local DMV to get things done correctly myself. I might purchase from them again, but I will handle tags and registration myself.

Excellent service and responsiveness. This was my first transaction and it will not be my last. My salesman Steve was first class, and no high pressure sales games. Thank you Elite!!

I went to this dealership on the coaxing of my godson to look at a Lexus SUV. The salesman who approached me was Fred Crum. I asked him about the car and he allowed me to test drive it. I told him it was too overwhelming for me. There was no pressure to buy from him. Fast forward two days I called to ask if they could hold the car until Sat. still not knowing if I really anted it. Saturday came I went to the dealership and drove off in the vehicle. From Dean working out the financing to pizza they offered us while we waiting to the salesman, Fred they could not have been more helpful, but most important not pushy. Now, fast forward again about a week and a half. The car didn't start. It was determined that it was the battery. I texted Fred and asked if they would check the battery and fix it at no charge to me and he said yes. I had the car towed to Elite instead of Lexus of Rockville. Fred took the car to Lexus of Rockville had the battery replaced and had the car examined to ensure there were no other possible issues. I had the car back the same night. I appreciate it very much to have someone take over and ensure that the car was ready for driving. I could have used Lexus Roadside Service, but decided to take it back to Elite. They followed through and I am driving my 2016 Lexsus RX350 All the above is what you call.....Customer Service. I would highly recommend this dealership. Cindy
