Car Buying As It Should Be After extensive research, I found a car at Elite Auto Brokers that checked all my boxes in terms of year, mileage, condition, features, and price. I scheduled a test drive through their website for the next morning, and I was pleasantly surprised when they called and texted me to confirm the appointment right away. When I arrived, the salesperson was ready for me, and after taking a copy of my license, he asked detailed questions to ensure the car met my needs. The test drive went smoothly, and the car looked and performed exactly as described online. I was initially hesitant about the brand due to reliability concerns, but the salesperson wasn’t pushy. He acknowledged my hesitation and provided additional information, including a Carfax report, which helped ease my concerns. They offered to evaluate my trade-in, and there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. I appreciated that my sales rep was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional, guiding me through the process without trying to influence my decision. After reviewing the numbers and a brief negotiation, we agreed on the sale. I left to get a cashier’s check and returned later to finalize the purchase. When I came back, all the paperwork was organized and the process took no more than 15 minutes. The entire experience was seamless and efficient, with no hidden surprises. Although I didn’t finance the vehicle (which would likely take longer), my experience was exceptional. I also had to return for two minor items flagged by the authorized brand service, and the team was more than happy to assist me with them. Overall, everyone I interacted with at Elite Auto Brokers was cordial, knowledgeable, and helpful. It was a great experience, and I drove away a happy car owner.

A awesome experience with everyone but there was 2 that seal the deal Liat and Matt it was more than an deal of sale but intimate and personal to both Liat did not have us waiting long very detail orientated very knowledgeable very intuitive very caring very professional very gental patient I love this young lady persona would recommend her again and the car was excellent and Matt I can't say enough this 1 expertise was awesome from the time we met outside he knew who I was he offered coffee or tea he greeted with professionalism awh man he made it personal too hats off he off a test drive he knew every detail of the car it was clean flowing with personality he went over how to open the car lock the car use the inside features how to connect to Bluetooth his craftsmanship was superb the entire staff great it was not just a traditional dealer but a elite craftsmanship of the layout I was so happy and could have spent much more time just being in there presence I would definitely come back in the future it's really a hidden secret location the 2 hors of drive to the location and back was well deserved thank you both Matt and liat we had a ball hugs to all the staff as well from the front Sore to the back end Thank you 5 stars Wenda & Joe

I couldn't be happier with the experience. The sales team was incredibly helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Liat handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently and made the financing process stress-free. I also had the pleasure of working with Jared. He walked me through the different options, explained the benefits of each, and was patient and understanding when I asked questions. I was also very impressed with the variety of vehicles they had. Overall, i was extremely satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend.
