Terrible service, lack of knowledge, unprepared

Called a week prior to drive in from out of town and view a 2005 Corvette. When I showed up I was redirected through 3 sales people before I finally found one that was interested in my business. I was led to the corvette which was dirty, they couldn't find the keys for it, it had a dead battery, and the car was not prepared to be taken on a test drive despite having ample time to prepare. After an hour of waiting I was finally allowed to take the corvette on a "test drive". On this test drive I was only allowed to drive the car around the block (less than a mile) through construction zones. When I asked if I could take the car on the highway, the sales person told me no. Terrible customer service, the sales people were incompetent and had little knowledge about the car, and the facility was dirty. I will never be returning to this dealership and they don't deserve your business or mine. I came in to this dealership with funds ready to buy this car, they missed an opportunity.

Mike jam very sorry for your experience here at norris auto sales we take pride in our customer service unfortunately sometimes with new sales people thy don't have a lot of knowledge about every vehicle we have in inventory due to over 300 vehicles we do train our sales people on our inventory. as far as the battery the car is brand new and we had yet to check it with service because it just got off the truck and we made you aware of that so there was not much we could do about that we would have fixed it and we have done so since again I'm sorry for your experience and i do hope you believe in second chances because we sure do!

Stay away from this place

Worst place to buy a car. Went to look at a car (2006 lexus is350) car had oil leak and had been wrecked. And they wanted me to do payments of $395 a month. Found a 2008 lexus is350 with clean record and less miles and way better condition for $360 a month at a different dealer. I would stay away from norris. If you do buy from them I would strongly suggest to get the car checked out by a mechanic shop

Hi Dave I'm very sorry for your experience we try to make everybody's experience 1of a kind all of our vehicles go through 120 point inspections however mistakes do happen and we would have fixed it either way

Wonderful salesman answered questions with eas

Jeremy Corr answered all the questions and for a female explained so I understood. Ask for him for a wonderful experience.

Salesman knowers his stuff

Jeremy Corr was knowledgeable and very friendly. Showed me all kinds of vehicles. I was impressed.

Norris Auto

Our experience was very pleasant when looking and then actually signing for the car. Norris Auto worked with us on the down payment very stress free. When it came time for the monthly payments I feel like the individual taking care of this is maybe over worked because it was not the same friendly pleasant atmosphere as before. We received a call as a curtious and I explained our concerns. They were taken seriously and problems resolved. We would certainly go back and recommend to others.

Awesome company

We recently bought a vehicle from Norris Auto Sales. We bought from the MacArthur location. I have got to say this was honestly the best experience I have ever had buying s vehicle. Jenn was our sales person and she was great. She is very understanding and works hard for her customers. Cory is an awesome finance manager and was great to work with. We highly recommend anyone that needs a vehicle come to Norris.

Best car dealership ever

Me and my husband went into Norris Auto on 39th to find a newer family vehicle and we were extremely surprised at their inventory! Every kind of car, style, price. We chose a 2006 Range Rover and have been extremely pleased with it since! We love being able to go to Norris Auto's service center on site where they discount our service! THE MARSHALL FAMILY LOVES NORRIS AUTO! Thank you!!!!

Great Customer Service

I am in the search for a new vehicle. I contacted Norris Auto Sales and spoke to a lady named Jenn who has been extremely helpful in looking for me a new vehicle that my family can afford. So far i am very impressed at the quality of their customer service. I look forward to my new car purchase and my familys continued relationship with Norris and Jenn.
