I was promised a new radio and a detail on my purchase and finally got a text from my salesman jj 2 weeks later saying to bring my car in today to get radio fixed and they can't do the detail because they lost 800 on the deal my point is they are going to tell u anything to buy a car what ever happened to integrity and keeping your word I won't recommend this place or buy another vehicle from them lookout if you do

I have been a return customer with Norris Auto since it opened. I am always happy with their customer service and their sales process. That is why I always return. Their managers there are so eager to help me every something comes up that I need to talk to them about and there service after the sales is like no other. I never look anywhere else. You guys ROCK!!!

Easiest car buying experience we have ever had! When we talked to our salesman, Austin, he told us from the start that he would do his best to get us approved and that's exactly what he did. Purchased a 2010 Black Camaro from Norris on January 22nd, 2015. Absolutely LOVE IT! It really was the easiest car buying process we have ever gone through. Everyone at the I-40 & MacArthur location was very helpful. All of the vehicles we looked at on the lot were super clean. I still can't believe they got us approved. If I can get approved than almost anyone can. That's for sure! I would most definitely recommend buying your next car from these folks. No doubt about it. They were AWESOME in every aspect of the transaction. Thanks Austin. We will be repeat customers!

Came in not expecting to buy a car right away but they made it so easy with the inventory they keep and the salesman, Homer, was so helpful. I really appreciate how much they helped me. They made me feel welcome and they were always there after the sale to answer any questions I had. I will be a return customer. Glad I stopped there AND I LOVE MY MUSTANG!!!!

I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY from these people had my vehicle 2 days and my vehicle broke down I called them and they said to bring my vehicle to them I said I had no way to. They told me they would send a tow truck but I HAD to pay for it....turns out it was gonna cost 3000.00 to fix my truck they told me they will add it to the end of my note!!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am 20 years old with NO credit and been to several places that said they would help me and kept getting the run around. I went to Norris on Broadway ext and thinking it was another dealer saying they "could" get me approved with no credt, wanted a cosigner or huge down. My salesmen Andre & management was really helpful from beginning to end and without all hassle and got me into my first car by myself with a payment I can afford under 1st buyer program & I am looking nice in my new 2013 Ford Fusion!
