After my husband did months of research he found the next new SUV he wanted. We went to Grayson BMW and the sales guy said if we hurried and got our order... in we could have our X7 in about 3 and a half weeks. LIE! Not only do we still not have it Months later, but now we are being told they do not know when we will get it. Days, Months, Years...who knows. I would not recommend ordering a vehicle from this dealership, ever. We are very seriously considering canceling our order, as my husband needs a car.

Unfortunately, the production dates at the BMW USA Manufacturing Plant in Spartanburg, SC are not controlled by our dealership. Every BMW dealership is at the mercy of the BMW USA manufacturing plant schedules, which is why we only can provide tentative production dates when establishing the initial order. Drove from Nashville for a better experience. Courteously greeted and made to feel valued. I had called about a car-it was ready and waiting. I was... offered refreshments and an immediate test drive. Afterwards I was met and we talked about the car. I wanted to look at another and was given the keys for another test drive. I picked the vehicle-the negotiating was typical-but friendly, back and forth to "the decision makers?" We arrived at a price and that was that. I was going to arrange my own financing but Grayson BMW offered more competitive BMW financing rates. Done deal! I was going to pay a large downpayment-the finance manager suggested I could invest the downpayment amount (my own choice of options) and most likely earn more interest/return $ than I would save by paying down my low interest loan. Great suggestion. I'm glad I made the drive-then the Product Expert (BMW Genius) offered to go over the major features. He scheduled a follow-up a few weeks later to go over questions (second delivery.) Excellent service! Great buying experience.
I purchased my vehicle in late June of 2019. In August, my vehicle battery died. I contacted the dealership, as my battery was a 2013 and my car purchased... was a 2017- to see if they could replace the battery for me since my purchase was so recent. I left a message with the Pre-Owned vehicles Manager and never received a call back. I contacted them once again, and was told by the front desk agent that answered the phone that my battery going bad after 60 days or purchase (a battery 4 years OLDER than my vehicle) is the same as "purchasing something from the store, once it's yours they aren't liable" which is interesting because most places WILL allow returns or refunds on items that are damaged or break after they are purchased- I informed her I did not hear back from the Manager yet, and she insisted if I left a message he will call me back... no call back. I am extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service in this situation. The battery I purchased was $200. While I do understand if they were not able to replace the battery (to a degree from a business standpoint), but an apology and an offered oil change or something of that nature would have sufficed. I am not the type of person to look for any hands outs, but spending $200 on a battery after purchasing a 17,000 vehicle less than 60 days prior is absurd. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS OR PURCHASE ANY VEHICLES FROM GRAYSON BMW***
Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. Attempted at purchasing a vehicle. My Credit score they quoted they pulled wasn’t even close ( off by 100 points)... - they never let me see the score , refused to give me a copy of my own score, then gave me the run around about why they could not. I compromised I asked if you can’t give the my score then give me the name of the bureau where it was pulled from so I could address an obvious error. Nothing. These people are the reason people hate car salesman.
Service is fantastic both here and at the body shop. My car (BMW X3 which I’ve owned for over a year) was stolen and recovered and they took great care... of me when I brought it there for repair. As it turned out, my car was totaled. Service, GM and sales rep (Matt Schroller) all worked together to put me in a loaner right away, and then they sold me the exact car I had with less miles for less money (new), with no money down. I have no idea how they made this happen, but they did. They literally treated me like family. I highly recommended Matt as a knowledgeable, no-nonsense sales professional. He did the work and delivered exactly what I asked for. There are less expensive cars out there. There are plenty of places where you can save $1k if you spend the time. But you can’t put a price on peace of mind. I know I’m a demanding customer. Grayson continues to meet my expectations and delivers real value. And yes, they’ve got an awesome coffee machine—I actually like getting some work done in their bright, modern waiting area when my car is in for routine service.
I have used Grayson for the last 16 years. I have bought 2 cars from this location and had much of the service done here as well. The service department... has been excellent. Justin has provided my family and I with great service and advice through both cars. I trust and recommend his service. I would recommend Grayson and Justin to anyone.
Bar none the best overall buying experience we’ve had in 25 years of buying cars. Smooth, easy and once we said, “Go,” we were out in less than an hour.... Really appreciated Austin our salesman who was helpful and right on point without exerting any undo pressure.
We bought a used MINI cooper and in less than 10 days the clutch went out. They refused to offer any assistance with the repairs. They had promised to... car went through a “dealer certification check” even though it was not officially certified.
I have been servicing my X5 at Grayson BMW for 5 years.They are awesome.Will miller is great and he will go above and beyond to help you and to make... sure the problem is fixed .I have never experienced any issues with the quality of work that they have performed .I am sure my next vehicle with be purchased through Grayson BMW.
