Out-of-state Buyers BEWARE - tag & title office don't

Out-of-state Buyers BEWARE - tag & title office don't know what they are doing. I purchased a car in April 2023, coming all the way from the Northeast to pick up the car and drive it back home. Shoutout to Gennaro for being a great salesman - he answered all my questions and stayed in touch throughout the process. The finance department had no problem closing the deal for me and taking my payment. Here's where things went south - it took 2.5 months to get the vehicle registered in Connecticut. The tag & title office took over 45 days to send my paperwork to CT (with no communication initially), and then sent it to the wrong DMV. I spent hours on hold and speaking with the DMV to try to understand where the paperwork was and if it was being processed or not. There were over 20 emails back and forth to the title clerk at Gwinnett. After much confusion and very inconsistent communication from this clerk, I had to take matters into my own hands and go into the DMV in person to handle everything and actually get the vehicle registered. Buyers be warned, if you are asking this dealership to register your vehicle outside of Georgia, make sure they actually know what they are doing and where they need to send your paperwork to before you pay them that dealer fee. We love the car we purchased, but would never buy from this dealer again due to the lack of customer service on the back-end of the deal.

When I arrived, Joshua had the vehicle I was interested in waiting and ready for a test drive. The entire purchase process was timely and painless. I order new car.

I order new car.It came with 11 miles on it and dirty info screen.I was pushed to purchase extra warranty that was unwanted!I wasn’t given option on the finance part to get 60 months!

Thank you for your response,regarding my review.Baye Lo from the sales team did very good job,working with me on my new car purchase.He was polite and friendly.The car came with dirty door panel,dirty info screen and minor scratches on the gril and other plastic components on the outside.I dont think that my car that i order should be driven for test drive{11} miles on it.I had to purchase extra waranty,feel puched by finance department.Not given option for 60 month financing.Best regards Vassil.
