Horrible experience!

Horrible experience! Avoid at all costs.. I was interested in a Dravit Grey BMW X7, the car had damage on the front bumper. I asked them to repair it before I purchase it.. However these guys wanted me to complete a credit application and pay a deposit for a car that was damaged and commit to it without seeing it finished. Only a sucker would buy this car.

Horrible, pathetic

There service department is horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Poor communication. I dealt with Larry.they only want your money.

Complete satisfaction

In considering the 30+ cars (Mercedes, Honda, Chrysler, Nissan, Acura, etc.) I have bought over the years, this was by far the easiest and most pleasurable car buying experience that I have ever had. I worked with Laci first by email and then a short in person visit. The process was effortless and quick. One minor point of confusion was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. I walked out of the dealership with a complete feeling of satisfaction, a rare experience in today’s world. I could not recommend them any higher, Laci and the team are the best!

Damage and they tried to buy me off

Brought our vehicle in for a simple oil change, new windshield, and removing tint from the windows. 3 months later, we have received the car back with chipped window, broken windshield washer, interior gouged, the never removed all of the tint, and cut interior leather. Service Manager asked to give us $1000 for us to go away and accept the damage. We stated we just want our car back to how it was. He said its an old car (2015 750) and it shouldn't matter if there are scratches on it. Finally, they claimed to have fixed everything and dropped the car off. Except they didn't fix the windshield washer, there is still gouged interior trim, and now a dent on the back bumper. We have called multiple times and no response. Service beware

Sorry in Ulster County

When I purchased a 50K vehicle from these folks I was treated like a man of wealth and taste. Six months later I needed a repair. It was billed as a 12 hour job. After weeks, I called and was told that it was a big job, parts were hard to get and the holiday, Christmas. Obviously untrue. I subsequently called again, was bamboozled by the same person and asked to speak to the service manager. Not available. General manager? Not available. A message left with my once-solicitous salesman was never responded to. I got the car back after 3 1/2 weeks to find that an additional 7K of work was done without my knowledge or consent. Apparently, there was a payment issue (I was unaware of it; there was no problem). To this day, I have had no explanation, no less an apology. Unlike General MacArthur, I shall not return.

Hudson valley BMW made it right

I got to say that Hudson valley BMW in Poughkeepsie read my comment and turned a bad situation into a great one very quickly. That means a lot that a dealership recognizes when something goes bad that they fix it and make it right for the customer. Great job Amanda for following up so quickly! It was really appreciated.

Very dishonest. Buy elsewhere.

Making this short for everyone. Bought certified pre owned. The vehicle had 30k, I have put 20k on this car. Here’s my list. Gaskets leaking oil $800 Fuel pump cracked, $1300, engine TURBO IS BLOWN $4800, grounding strap is corroded $300. There’s more... but all in all they say it’s neglect from me!!! Seriously. Oil changes always done with records of it. Never driven in the snow. First BMW bought from them in 2000 still have it in mint condition. This one was sold to me and they knew it was garbage! Beside myself. And disgusted that they are trying to BLAME ME!! Very shady practices! I work with several Dr’s that I have referred there and they all bought from there. Gosh please please please go elesewhere. Very condescending and they truly lie about a lot!!! So sad!!

Worse than advertised

Drove 5 hours only to find that the vehicle was significantly worse than advertised. Dealer ensured me that the previous owner was rich so that some how made up for the condition. To top it off they wanted more than we discussed via email when I thought it was in better condition. Overall the place really gave a grimy used car salesman vibe.

Great positive experience

My wife and I went to inquire about the bmw cars and we ended up leasing the car the same day The manager and the staff treated us cordially and with respect. They offered a great deal and we signed the lease deal The manager was exceptional in making this a friendly and positive experience
