The repair service is so bad.
The repair service is so bad. His name is Miguel. He works at BMW of Tulsa. He didn?t answer my calls nor reply my questions. When I arrived there, he didn?t finish the repair yet. And he showed no respect to me. In addition, the other staffs laughed at us. I want to complain about it! Please do some actions to prevent this happening again!

my car on February got towed to bmw Tulsa I I had a fantastic experience thanks to Miguel’s outstanding customer service. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and goes the extra mile to make the service process stress-free. Definitely a great asset to the team—thank you, Miguel! However, I did have a less pleasant interaction with another service advisor during a today visit. Unfortunately, they came across as rude and dismissive, which was disappointing and not what I expect from a premium dealership.

I called for an appointment to get new tires, and I
I called for an appointment to get new tires, and I needed a loaner. Got there, and there was NO record of me making an appointment!! So, whoever I spoke to screwed up!!! BUT, the guys at Tulsa BMW got it taken care of. I got a loaner, and was able to pick my car up later in the day. Thank you for taking good care of me!

I was Treated poorly at the service desk. The Appointment took much longer than needed. Very high cost for poor customer care.
