The employees were nice, kind and respectful of their customers patient while working with them. Making sure that they understand everything: giving them an estimate of the bill before things are done; so the client knows approximately what they will pay before the job is done.

They had my car for 3 weeks.

They had my car for 3 weeks. I had to call and have to leave messages for updates. Rarely returned my call. Then charged me more than my deductible. The customer service is nonexistent. Asked for a manager to call me and never heard from them. I will find a different place to take my vehicle. Their service makes me regret getting a BMW.

I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and spark plug

I brought in my vehicle for an oil change and spark plug replacement. The front desk staff was easy to work with and the mechanics sent a detailed report of the inspection. I feel confident taking my vehicle here.

I have never had a bad experience with the service

I have never had a bad experience with the service department. They squeezed me in, had the best driver to take me to and from work, and were so quick!

I always have a great experience when using their service

I always have a great experience when using their service department, but was duped into buying an expensive extended warranty by an unscrupulous salesman. The 5 year warranty sounded like a good deal, especially when the salesman confirmed it was valid for 5 years from my purchase of the used car and not extension of the original BMW warranty from new. I should have checked the small print, but my bad!. I later found it was only an extension of the original warranty and I'd paid $7,000 for a 10 month warranty. Lesson learned! Check the small print and never trust a car salesmen's word.
