Awesome service and great deals

Raul was so professional and went the extra mile. We got a great deal on an x5 and we love it!! They save may just to help us with our new car decision. The manager sasha also went the distance. I am now a Thompson customer.

Good service.

My only negative is they sent me a text after the service. I responded to the text asking if my car was supposed to be washed and I received no response. Not sure why they ask if they aren’t going to respond

Great experience but a bit confusing at the end

This is my first BMW purchase after driving Audi’s. Overall it was a great experience and our client advisor Dennis was great! One thing to improve upon is the end review with the finance manager. There were “add ons” that we’re not included in the negotiated price. I would describe this as last minute items like warranties and coverage that could be communicated up front. It may just be difference in execution between dealerships, but all the costs/packages were provided to us ahead of time in previous experiences. Overall I had a good experience.

Normally it is excellent But not this time.

It has taken three attempts to Install wiper blades that work And they still do not work correctly. I am waiting for Thomson to call me back with a set of wiper blades that would work

It was Great!!!

They serviced my car for a recall and o waited for it. I had a bottle of water and waited. They washed my car too! I went home and waxed it! Thank you Thompson!

The paint on the bumpers dont match the car. Not even close.

The bodywork to the front and rear bumpers don't match the same color as the car. I don't even want to bring it back. They are sending me a message that after two tries they don't want to do the job correctly.

This our 4th car at Thompson. Hassle-free experience. Saved a lot of time purchasing this car by working thought details via email. Good teamwork for Thompson BMW stuff!

Mixed bag

The dealership is very nice, but thats where it ends. My purchase is xperience was far frop desireable - was treated like crap. If not for specific car that was there, i would not return to the dealer.
