Horrid experience with sales department!

Horrid experience with sales department! Complete lack of professionalism and service! Wasted an entire afternoon trying to purchase a vehicle - that was on a safety recall list - not even safe to leave the lot! Was talked down too about my vehicle that I was trading in and treated like I was just another number. And this vehicle is unsafe to leave the lot is STILL BEING LISTED FOR SALE!!!! Will never recommend this company due to the sales department! Nightmare experience.

I just bought a used BMW X5, and it needed some factory

I just bought a used BMW X5, and it needed some factory recall work done. I also wanted to add an OEM trailer hitch and wanted a BMW Dealer to do it, given it is a BMW. Dan Dailey (my service advisor at Kuni) was AMAZING and ensured everything was right with all the work I had done on the car. He kept me updated, answered all of my stupid questions, and was very patient - especially with a slow-to-respond extended warranty company. Major KUDOS to Dan, and please give him my thanks again! I will be returning to Kuni BMW again (even though there is another dealer much closer to where I live) because of Dan's GREAT work and customer service with me. I also want to thank "Lorenzo" for helping me early on when I drove up to the service department for the first time, having never been there before. He was very helpful and cordial. Thanks again to Dan and everyone who helped me during my visit. It was expensive, but I think it was worth it, as I plan to have this X5 for a long time and want to keep a good relationship with a BMW dealer, and Kuni delivered!!

Matt was great to work with.

Matt was great to work with. I live in a different state and found a used car online that I was very interested in. Matt’s communication regarding the car was great. He kept in contact and provided updates on the car’s inspection status on a regular basis. The day I came to view, test drive and purchase he was so easy to work with. No high pressure typical car sales. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership were ver kind and helpful.

i was ecstatic that the shop took the extra time to

i was ecstatic that the shop took the extra time to really dig into my issue instead of going with the easy fix. my estimate dropped from over $800 to $75!! because they really dug in and found the issue was something super easy to fix without replacing a very expensive part. (so i used the savings to also get my front brakes replaced).
