Beware of mandatory, possibly illegal fees
Tired of dealers like this that add xx mandatory fees for protection packages, nitrogen filled tires, LoJack, ceramic windshield, etc. All these should be OPTIONS not requirements. They should also (some do, most don’t), disclose the amount of the fee and what it’s for on their listing which is wrong, unethical, shady and possibly illegal. What’s ridiculous is if I choose the buy it now option on their website NO FEE shows up for a protection package .

SALES DEPARTMENT CLUELESS
We booked an appointment through the website and were assigned to a salesperson named Aatir Barlas. We arrived (55 minute drive) and stood around for 10-15 minutes as employees tried to find our salesperson. We eventually learned that the X5 hybrid we requested to test drive was not available despite the website indicating that there were two available and for sale. Our salesperson, Aatir, would not look at us and refused to speak to us. A different salesperson attempted to help by explaining that we could not test drive a car and could only show us a car that had already been sold. WE WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

Dream’s Do Come True! Utterly Amazed! Still in Shock!!! The Team at BMW of Cincinnati North is Godsent. "True Facts" On 26 Nov 21, I contacted BMW of Cincinnati North and inquired about a 2013 Mercedes E350 Sport Sedan, I received a speedy response from Salomon Rabinovich aka “Bimmer Sal” who BTW is Truly Godsent, informing me that Vehicle was still available. Later, 28 Nov 21 I received a Email from Jordan (Customer Care Assistant) stating - A representative is looking forward to working on this with you during business hours. On the same day I received a text message from the General Manager Robert Sabbagh,stating he was reaching out and asking what he can do to help! “Dream’s Do Come True” I had a few question’s which were answered as well as a very nice Discount! Once I received the proposal, reviewed it, sent it back, submitted my deposit, the entire process was stress free, seamless, highly professional, Inspiring and Divine Intervention. Coordination was made to take delivery of the Vehicle on 30 Noy 21, I asked my Dear Friend, Dr. Cherry would she accompany me to drive from Alabama to Cincinnati 8 hour drive! We left at 2:00 am (Yes)! Arriving at BMW of Cincinnati around 11:00 ET. Greeted by Salomon with V.I.P. treatment, Top Notch Customer Service. We talked and was taken to the area where the vehicle awaiting with a Large Red Bow! Talk about over the top, hands down Customer Satisfaction on a Star rating system, of 5 Star’s being the best BMW of Cincinnati surpassed that, they should receive a Galaxy of Star’s because they’re truly deserving! After the presentation and a awesome test drive, I was taken to the Financial Manager, Clay Moorhead, , Kudos for making the paperwork process a breeze and the awesome information exchange. My Overall impression about BMW of Cincinnati is beyond word’s, I’m truly Grateful, Thankful and Blessed to have met these remarkable Individual’s, received quality Customer Service and a Dream Vehicle! Congratulation’s on Job well done Team of BMW of Cincinnati North, I strongly recommend this Dealership to anyone Worldwide who desire to purchase a vehicle, let BMW of Cincinnati be your first choice without hesitation.” Dream’s Do Come True”! Mansplaining
A/C wasn’t blowing cold. Car is 6 years old, but has only 42k miles. Out of warranty. $1205 to fix A/C. After all the diagnostics, they told me we needed $7300 in repairs in total. When I questioned the service manager, he insisted all repairs were necessary. Each part “needed” was 2x the online price, and labor was exhorbitantly high because it was in a “hard to reach” spot. He mansplained it to me. Then, he said if we failed to replace these parts, the next repair bill would be 2-3x higher. No offer for BMW to stand behind their product. We’ve never had to do similar repairs on our other BMWs. I’m appalled that someone would treat anyone in this way. I felt he was disrespectful and trying to use fear to “sell” unnecessary repairs. We have 3 BMWs. Will be seeking out a new repair shop for them all. Oh, and although we chose not to have the A/C service done, the car is now blowing cold air. I question their integrity and am not likely to trust them again.
