This dealership saved me a lot of time and money by helping me find a car immediately available instead of waiting 6-8 weeks! They also worked with a dealership to send that car quite some distance away! My salesperson Brian Willams worked with me every step of the way, and the sales manager was instrumental. In having the car transported to me. Terrific work!

Jake Sweeney Bmw Cincinnati is a great place to do business with very nice showroom service department and personnel. Everyone is super nice. Seems to know what they’re doing get you in and out in a very nice lounging area. Michael was a very good service technician. He knew what he was doing also

Customer service is horrible. I walk in. Nobody says hi. Nobody looks at me. Nobody assisted me. I stood for 15 minutes as if I weren’t even there.
