Customer Service is Top Notch!

Sean set me at ease - no pressure to buy brand new versus CPO. Sale execution was smooth - very straight-forward and organized! Franklin knows his stuff! Sean's 25 years of experience shone through!

better prices and service than tire retailers

replacement tires were the same price as other "lower cost" tire retailers and I was given a loanr vehicle, much more convenient than the alternatives

Acura TSX - very pleased

Salesman - Sam extremely professional, courteous, knowledgable, non-pushy, and very patient when demonstrating the options of the car. Franklin is excellent, and Rachel Rees is "on it" meaning when a potential customer is online, she contacts immediately and is very pleasant. A totally "all-together" experience

Polite quality staff

Sunnyside Acura - Look no further!

My salesman Alex Gaad really works hard and understands me :-). I bought/leased my car in less than an hour - which was greatly improved over the last time when I was there for 4 hours!! I'm a fan of buying - not shopping - so from sales right through to financing (with Nelson); it was the smoothest car transaction I have ever had. Oh and P.S. I wasn't with my husband. So kudos to Sunnyside for not stereotyping car-buyers. Honda (in my area) wouldn't even look at me until I went in again with my husband (more time wasted ugh). But thanks to that ordeal we ended up making a stop at Sunnyside Acura and the rest is history!!

always a good experience

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. My work schedule can be unpredictable so I often have to squeeze in service last minute. Sunnyside Acura service department is always accommodating.

I love that everyone there knows who I am and is very friendly. They are helpful and take care all my needs. There is a nice waiting area with coffee and snacks
