Set an appointment online. Got a phone call 10 min later, and got 3 confirmation texts. The last confirmation text was about 15 min prior to appointment. I get the just for Jacob Garza to tell me "Oh they didn't call you?" so off to a bad start already. Then tells me "We don't actually have the car here on the lot and is getting some major work done to it and will maybe be there tomorrow" I had to drive from BAYTOWN in sit in traffic for over an hour in a half. So time is not valued here. Also I was offered over 2k less than any other on my trade in. So within 30 min I was walked out. And had to drive another hour+ in traffic back to Baytown. Very disappointed in the service and communication from this dealership. PLEASE save your time and money and do not visit this "Dealership" BMW of west Houston. Also have reached out to ask why I wasn't informed. No answer was giving.

We went to have lunch after meeting with them for about an hour to mull things over, and there was no pressure from them at all. We even received a call after we left just to follow up and see if there were any particular questions we thought of while we thought more about making a purchase. Again. No pressure. They just wanted to make sure everything was crystal clear.

Got my new 760I from BMW west Houston and really happy about the experience, actually this time we barely spend time at the dealer, Tommy Luk is awesome, bought multiple cars from him and always getting a great deal, every time we are due to start a new lease or buy a new car Tommy is our first call, he goes above and beyond for us, and special mention to Camilo he always makes sure that by the time we leave we know all the features of the car not just the basic ones.
