I have to dismiss all the bad jokes about used car salesmen. I met an extraordinary salesman, Joe Murphy, at Paris Motors, Inc., who proved the jokes wrong. I was in the market for a van and hoped on getting something affordable and soon for a trip out of town. Another dealer had one lined up, but it was sold before I could get to the shop - stuff happens. So back to Carfax and found one with less miles in Grand Rapids. I contacted Paris Motors and spoke with Mr. Murphy. The van was available. I went through credit approval, got it, then on to my AAA agent for insurance, got it, then made the one-hour drive to Grand Rapids and met with Joe. We talked, saw the van, gave a test drive, and my wife and I signed the paperwork. All this within 24 hours! Mr. Murphy was efficient, personable, and knowledgeable throughout the process. I have never before purchased a vehicle with such ease in my life (and I'm not young). WOW - I can highly recommend Paris Motors, Inc. as a dealer of care and quality, and kudos to Joe Murphy.

I had heard about Paris Motors from word of mouth,and after researching their history and seeing all of the good reviews, I decided to go and see what they had for me. I found that they had many vehicles in my price range and I found the perfect one for me. The staff was helpful, but in no way pressuring. And they really swear by their prices being a fair deal, for a car that will last. I was skeptical of buying from a used dealership but they had exactly the car I was looking for. Joe was very helpful and attentive and made the process easy. My skepticism was misplaced regarding these honest people; I would highly recommend buying from Paris Motors.

I purchased my car here in December 2022. It has held up since then. No major issues, but I brought it in today, April 20th, 2023 as I could not get my headlight on. Joseph was extremlely helpful in the buying and fixing process. He went above and beyond and out of his way numerous times. I am a very satisfied customer. My mom and I had a great time, and an amazing salesman Jake. I was looking for a car as a first time driver and set my eyes on a Fiat 500 they had. My mom and I really liked it after the drive, but Jake was busy with another customer still. He told us to go get dinner and then come back, saying he’d stay after hours to help us get the car! Ended up staying around 2 hours for paperwork for us! Great guy, good car, thank you so much!
