From the point I walked onto the lot, until the moment I hit the gas and headed home in my new truck, things couldn't have gone better. They had the exact truck that I wanted and it was already priced to sale. I did tons of research on Nissan Frontiers and there were almost too many to choose from. I saw this one online and knew this was one to take serious so I headed to Mitchell. After looking it over and the other vehicles on the lot I got the impression that they only provided a higher quality of used cars and trucks (and no other truck with same package, mileage, clean Carfax, you name it was cheaper). The trade in process (they matched a separate appraisal that came in better than theirs without blinking) and the selling/paperwork process was so much faster than i thought it would take. If I were to be in the market for another vehicle Im sure I will check their inventory first thing.

I purchased a gorgeous 07 Shelby GT 500 from this dealer with a trade in of my 95 Mustang GT. The entire deal was done through phone conversation/ e-mail as I live over 450 miles from the dealership. The Shelby was exactly as described upon my arrival on a Monday. It had been completely detailed and was kept inside over the weekend. They really stepped up on their trade offer for my 95. Let me remind all that this deal was done over the phone and I thought they might try to renegotiate upon arrival. They took my car for a short drive, allowed me to drive the Shelby ( by myself ), asked if I was happy, shook hands and the deal stood as negotiated. All total, I was their about 50 minutes and was back on the road. They were very understanding of the long drive I had and did their best to expedite the process. Thank you Mitchell Mill Motors...I would make the drive again.

This was by far the best buying, financing and trade in experience of my life. I was treated fairly, dealt with openly and honestly and for the first time buying a vehicle, I didn't wonder if I was making a mistake by coming to a dealership. Mitchell Mills Motors were able to get me better rates than i could get with my own credit union and bank. There was no running back and forth to some mysterious finance manager that never got you quite the % rate you were hoping. I dealt with Tyler and he really took care of me as a customer. He knew both the vehicle and the financing part of the transaction. The vehicle was immaculate. It looked brand new inside and out! They don't just take in a vehicle and slap a for sale sign on it. They go through it, they make sure every single thing works. That everything looks perfect. They even arranged to have me swap out the tires which i didn't like. Never batted an eye. All told, i spent 2hours for this whole process. That is something to consider as well. Your time is worth a lot! Mitchell Mills Motors did not waste any of my time. Overall, if you are looking for a pre-owned SUV/Pick-up, you'd be insane not to look at Mitchell Mills Motors FIRST. TOP NOTCH! VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Just purchased a used truck and had an was completely satisfied and happy will the whole process! They even drove the car 250 miles to where I lived at no extra charge. The truck was exactly as described and the purchasing process was way easier than I ever anticipated. Tyler did a great job and I was thoroughly impressed by his professionalism!

While browsing for trucks online, I came across an F150 that was exactly what I was looking for. I reached out to Mitchell Motors and spoke to Allen (the owner). Allen was very cordial and professional on the phone and provided me with all the details of the truck. Because I was living near Charlotte (3 hours from the Raleigh area), I didn't want to bother driving to the dealership and spend hours haggling over a price. Allen gave me his bottom-line price for the truck and said he would also consider any trade-ins. It was going to be a few days before I could actually drive over and see the truck. Allen realized the distance that I would be traveling, and to save me a wasted trip, actually offered to hold the truck for me until I had a chance to view it in person. The truck was exactly as he had described and is a solid ride. I received a fair value on my trade-in truck and the deal was easily finalized. I would definitely purchase from Mitchell Motors again...thanks Allen.

While cleaning up our new Passat, I discovered a part from the door jam area missing. I contacted Tyler and immediately he and the management said they would order the part and install it for me. How great is that! The part came in quickly and I dropped by to have it installed. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. Great people and great customer service. YES, I highly recommend them to any buyer.
